Ci ha spiegato tutto molto nei dettagli e gli ha chiarito tutto perfettamente! Raro trovare persone competenti e soprattutto oneste. Torneremo sicuramente da lui per l acquisto :-) per il resto tutto molto bello e accogliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visitato diversi siti ed aver girato per diverse concessionarie, ho trovato finalmente l'auto giusta per me, da Fiat Romana Auto di Ariccia/Albano. Oltre alla qualità delle auto esposte, la scelta definitiva l'ho presa grazie a Danilo, un venditore professionale ma al tempo stesso alla mano che, con la sua pazienza ha ascoltato le mie richieste ( ed erano davvero tante! ?? ) ed alla fine mi ha proposto la macchina perfetta per me. Grazie di cuore anche a tutto lo staff.
After visiting different sites and having toured for different dealerships, I finally found the right car for me, from Fiat Romana Auto in Ariccia / Albano. In addition to the quality of the cars on display, I made the final choice thanks to Danilo, a professional salesman but at the same time in the hand who, with his patience, listened to my requests (and there were so many! ??) and in the end he proposed the perfect car for me. Poi navigando più a fondo ho trovato Romana Auto come primo akkitto i prezzi e le vetture sembrano buoni, volevo dare un okkiata più da vicino e ho preso appuntamento ad Ariccia, sono stato accolto egregiamente dal sig Danilo Muciaccia persona professionale e competente, dopo vari discorsi utili per l'acquisto della vettura sono uscito da lì che ho firmato per una 500x... Fin qui tutto bene aspettiamo con ansia il ritiro. Cmq tutti gentili. Anche il centralino. Parola di Chef. To be continued....
Continuo la recensione oggi 4 febbraio ad più o meno 20 giorni dalla firma della finanziaria ritiro l'auto in condizioni
accettabili 500x lounge.
Firmiamo polizza assicurativa, e mi porto via la makkina grande professionalità e cortesia della ragazza che ha consegnato l'auto purtroppo non ricordo il nome, grande professionalità di Danilo Muciaccia che mi ha seguito passo passo informandomi ad ogni punto dell'auto sia nel ripristino alla consegna delle targhe.. Bravi. Parola di Chef pasticcere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica ci siamo recati alla sede di Ariccia. Avevamo appuntamento alle 16e30, siamo arrivati con 2 minuti di ritardo. In ufficio c'era un solo addetto, impegnato con un'altra coppia. Abbiamo aspettato, non ci ha mai chiesto se avessimo un appuntamento, non ci ha chiesto scusa per l'attesa, niente. Dopo 30minuti la coppia lascia l'ufficio, l'addetto ci dice di avere 5 miniti di pazienza e fa una telefonata. Aspettiamo convinti che ci ricereverà subito dopo, ma finita la chiamata vediamo che la coppia rientra e lui ci dice "finisco con loro e arrivo". A quel punto ci indispettiamo, una vendita non dura 5 minuti, chiediamo quanto tempo può servire ancora e facciamo presente che avevamo un appuntamento alle 16e30. Lui ci risponde con non curanza "avete fretta?". Ovviamente abbiamo risposto di si e siamo andati via!
Ora, non è una questione di fretta o meno, ma il mio tempo è il mio tempo, io sono la cliente e se ho un appuntamento e la persona che deve riceverci ha avuto un contrattempo o un ritardo o finalizza una vendita non prevista deve avere l'accortezza di avvisarmi, di chiedermi se preferisco rischedulare l'appuntamento, o tornare più tardi, si preoccupa di creare meno disagio possibile. E invece niente.
Cmq noi la macchina l'abbiamo acquistata lo stesso, quella stessa sera, in un'altra concessionaria dove la cordialità del rivenditore e la sua disponibilità è stata di certo ottima.

At that point we feed each other, a sale does not last 5 minutes, we ask how much time can still serve and we present that we had an appointment at 16 and 30. He answers us with non-ailment "Are you in a hurry?" Obviously we replied yes and went away!
Now, it's not a matter of a hurry or not, but my time is my time, I'm the customer and if I have an appointment and the person who must receive us has had a contract or a delay or finalize a non-planned sale must have The foresight to warn me, to ask me if I prefer to risk the appointment, or return later, cares about creating less uncomfortable. And instead nothing.
Anyway, we bought the car, that same evening, in another dealer where the dealability of the retailer and his availability was certainly excellent.
