M	Maurizio Morici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che sono cliente ho speso moltissimi soldi da Unieuro 16 pini ma ora ho chiuso mi è comodo x la vicinanza ma nn mi vedranno più e nemmeno i miei parenti nessuno ti da retta mi serviva comprare una macchina x il caffè Nespresso era dentro la scatola sotto lo scaffale nn c'era il prezzo in sala c'era solo un ragazzo prima dava spiegazioni.ad un altro cliente poi dopo un quarto d'ora ho chiesto se mi dava ascolto mi ha detto di aspettare ed è andato a scherzare con le ragazze della casa ho aspettato un altro quarto d'ora e me ne sono andato nn mi ha nemmeno guardato ho comprato la macchina su Amazon anche se sono contriario almeno lo potuta comprare I have been a customer for years I have spent a lot of money at Unieuro 16 pini but now I am closed it is convenient for me because of the proximity but they will not see me anymore and not even my relatives no one listens to you I needed to buy a machine x the Nespresso coffee was inside the box under the shelf there was no price in the room there was only one guy before he gave explanations. to another customer then after a quarter of an hour I asked if he would listen to me he told me to wait and he went to joke with the house girls I waited another quarter of an hour and left and didn't even look at me I bought the car on Amazon even though I'm against it at least I could have bought it

Nessuno dei due disponibile, se non, quelli in esposizione ( in tempi di Covid col cavolo che prendo quello che hanno toccato in tanti) . Complimentoni, continuate così. Cancellato. Altro caso di cartello di fatto, imposto da un indegno duopolio, permesso indebitamente e allegramente, a scapito del consumatore, nella tanto decantata società capitalistica del "libero" mercato. Another case of a de facto cartel, imposed by an unworthy duopoly, illegally and happily permitted, to the detriment of the consumer, in the much-vaunted capitalist society of the "free" market.

Il Personale in questo punto vendita è sempre gentile e disponibile a qualunque richiesta posta in maniera consona. Mi hanno guidato verso l'acquisto consigliandomi un telefono con caratteristiche simili e molto meno costoso rispetto quello che avevo intenzione di prendere inizialmente. Inoltre un membro dello staff ha usato il suo account personale per garantirmi un ulteriore sconto poiché avevo problemi a scaricare l'app. Ciliegina sulla torta, quando ho finalmente deciso di prendere il telefono che volevo inizialmente, non hanno battuto ciglio e mi hanno fatto completare l'acquisto nonostante fosse orario di chiusura. Considerando il tempo che mi hanno dedicato e la pazienza, posso soltanto definirli UNICI !! Very kind and technically trained staff. They guided me towards the purchase by recommending a phone with similar characteristics and much less expensive than the one I originally intended to buy. Also a staff member used his personal account to grant me an extra discount as I was having trouble downloading the app. To top it off, when I finally decided to pick up the phone I originally wanted, they didn't flinch and let me complete the purchase even though it was closing time. Considering the time they have dedicated to me and their patience, I can only define them as UNIQUE !!

I prodotti a volantino sono sempre disponibili e se sono terminati(cosa molto rara) vi è la possibilità di prenotarli lasciando una caparra. Possibilità di comprare prodotti Apple dal sito online (con possibilità di fare clicca e ritira in negozio) risparmiando un pochino(calcolando che al negozio Apple non vi è mai un minimo di sconto). Lo consiglio vivamente. Unieuro di Pomezia exceptional, friendly staff and available to present the products in the store. The flyer products are always available and if they are finished (which is very rare) there is the possibility to book them leaving a deposit. Possibility to buy Apple products from the online site (with the possibility to click and collect in the store) saving a little (considering that at the Apple store there is never a minimum discount). I highly recommend it.
