★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una brutta esperienza con questo esercizio, Robot da cucina esposto scontato, decido di comprarlo e vengo informato che la scatola era deformata, poi mi dicono che la scatola non c'è proprio, dopo 30 km arrivo a casa e vedo che mancano due pezzi di qui uno indispensabile (asse centrale). Chiamo per chiedere informazioni non c'è tanta voglia di capire il problema, ritorno il giorno dopo e con faccia anche un po scocciata mi sento dire che si fa il reso e il rimborso perché non c'è neanche un altro prodotto. La cosa che mi ha dato molto fastidio è che non hanno fatto niente per provare fornire una soluzione, come se avessi colpa, che poi scusate, hai una C@$$o di scatola aperta, ma apriti gli occhi e conta i pezzi, perché mi devi rovinare due mattinate facendo su e giù Roma - Castel romano? e poi ok, è successo... succedono queste cose 1) ma apologize, 2) si gentile, 3) offri una soluzione, un altro prodotto scontato, spediscimi a casa quello che ho comprato... fai qualcosa sei tu che stai creando un problema!!!! altrimenti tu non sai fare il tuo lavoro e io perdo 30+30 km per la tua incompetenza! Il mio amico romano, come al solito da buon romano, ha detto tutto in due parole "ma non lo vedi quello, je rode per fino a scalda la sedia"!! E si chiude con una domanda retorica.... Perché non comprare tutto online e lasciare scomparire tutti i piccoli esercizi??? veramente non lo so...
