★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiamo francesca e ci tenevo tanto a ringraziare le signorine del negozio presso il quale mi ha portato mio marito....un negozio incantevole con una stupenda esposizione ben curata ma devo dire che la differenza la fa davvero il personale in un negozio noi infatti abitiamo a ROMA EST e quindi oltre ai kilometri ci dividono tanti negozi ...tuttavia la qualità della biancheria se non fosse supportata da chi ti spiega la differenza dei tessuti non basterebbe a fare la differenza! DA OGGI AVRETE UNA NUOVA CLIENTE GRAZIE SONIA HO UN LETTO FINALMENTE RINNOVATO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza,peccato perché la qualitá e l'assortimento dei prodotti merita,non si puó dire lo stesso della commessa piú grande presente alle 12,00circa.Alla domanda di mia madre se le federe fossero esclusivamente di cotone,non essendoci la targhetta della composizione tessuti esposta sulla confezione,si è stizzita e in maniera per niente garbata pretendeva le credessimo sulla parola .Purtroppo la parola non ci garantisce l'esenzione di gravi problematiche respiratorie qualora le federe avessero contenuto altro che non fosse cotone,ho provato a chiedere se non dovesse essere presente una targhetta per legge e ancora piú infastidita dalla ulteriore domanda mi ha sollecitata ad andarmene perché lei non essendo avvocato non sapeva darmi risposta e avrei dovuto fidarmi delle sue parole visto che dall'etá di 16 anni svolge questo mestiere. Tanto è stata spiacevole nel rispondere che diverse persone si sono allontanate dal negozio senza acquistare,avrei voluto fare lo stesso ma a mia madre occorrevano quelle federe e a malincuore son dovuta rimanere e concludere l'acquisto. La targhetta all'interno è presente e conferma la composizione 100%cotone . La sua tanto pubblicizzata esperienza lavorativa non le ha insegnato che una domanda del cliente non è una richiesta inopportuna e fastidiosa

Abbiamo chiesto se si poteva provare una vestaglia e la risposta è stata "no, ma si può cambiare" (obbligo di acquisto), se c'era lo sconto e la risposta è stata "si del 30% su tutto" ; peccato che, solo dopo aver fatto lo scontrino ha detto che quell'articolo non era soggetto a sconto. A questo va aggiunto il comportamento scostante dela commessa. Difficilmente ritorneremo

Ho recentemente acquistato una parure letto a Castel Romano presso il vostro negozio. Inizialmente ero rimasta ben impressionata dall'apparente qualità dei prodotti esposti. Una volta aperta aperta la confezione mi sono accorta che mancavano istruzioni di lavaggio esaurienti. Ho quindi eseguito il lavaggio come faccio di solito prima di utilizzare la parure sul letto con una temperatura di 30 gradi senza centrifuga. Il risultato è stato deludente. Il colore si è completamente sbiadito. Leggendo le recensioni dei altri utenti, specialmente quella di un certo L. ho capito di essere niente affatto l'unica ad essere stata delusa dell'acquisto, tanto più che non si tratta di prodotti economici. Soldi buttati. Peccato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un articolo (lenzuolo e copri-piumino matrimoniale) prima di usarlo come normalmente si fa, lo abbiamo lavato e nel ripiegarlo ci siamo accorti che era fallato. Riportato al negozio non c'è stato modo di farcelo cambiare, motivazione: lo avevamo lavato!!! La colpa l'hanno attribuita alla mia lavatrice! Mi avete sicuramente perso come cliente. Consiglio ai clienti di questo punto vendita: prima di uscire dal negozio verificate bene ciò che state acquistando, ma soprattutto non lavatelo!!!
