★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato le Crocs presenti in foto e richiesto il cambio dopo pochi giorni per motivi di taglia con regolare scontrino, mi dicono che non è possibile effettuare il cambio poichè non sono rivendibili perchè non in perfette condizioni. Le foto presenti dichiarano esattamente il contrario negandomi di fatto un diritto sacrosanto. Da evitare assolutamente, mai più mi rivolgerò in futuro ad esempio su Amazon o su Zalando che in tal senso sono anni luce avanti come assistenza al cliente rispetto a questo scempio.
After purchasing the Crocs in the picture and requesting the change after a few days for reasons of size with regular receipt, they tell me that it is not possible to change as they are not resalable because they are not in perfect condition. The photos present state exactly the opposite, denying me a sacrosanct right. To be avoided absolutely, I will never again turn to in the future for example on Amazon or on Zalando which in this sense are light years ahead as customer assistance compared to this mess.
