★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato 2 piumini in aloe 10 giorni fa (con 2 copripiumini) e volendone un'altro, ho chiamato il punto vendita 2 volte x sapere la disponibilità. La signora Raffaella si è dimostrata molto gentile sia al telefono che in negozio, e anche molto paziente rispetto ai miei dubbi nella scelta della merce, consigliandomi e fornendo informazioni utili.
Anche la signorina Irene molto disponibile a rispondere ai miei quesiti.
Considerando la cortesia e la convenienza tornerò presto!
After purchasing 2 aloe duvets 10 days ago (with 2 duvet covers) and wanting another one, I called the store twice to find out about availability. Mrs. Raffaella proved to be very kind both on the phone and in the shop, and also very patient with respect to my doubts in the choice of goods, advising me and providing useful information.
Miss Irene is also very willing to answer my questions.
Considering the courtesy and convenience I will be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 13 aprile 2019 ho acquistato, presso il negozio Caleffi S.p.A. di Castel Romano Outlet (Roma), un accappatoio Twist in microfibra. L'accappatoio di taglia L ha maniche per Pigmei (38 cm) tessuto di scarsa qualità e colore blu notte che non corrisponde alle foto del sito. Sono andato appositamente presso questo negozio pensando di comprare un prodotto realizzato in Italia ma sull'etichetta leggo che la casa "italiana" Caleffi produce questo accappatoio il "Twist" in Cina.
Scrivo direttamente all'azienda mi propongono sostituzioni che non mi soddisfano, sostenendo che per loro il capo è regolare. La taglia L è indicata dalla loro guida fino a cm 180, io sono 177 cm. Propongo io un cambio con un altro accappatoio ma chiedono un integrazione di circa 25 euro. Ovviamente rifiuto.
Chiedo quindi la restituzione dei soldi al punto vendita (art. 130 codice consumo) che si rifiuta e mi propone un buono che non accetto.
L'esperienza d'acquisto è stata pessima, non comprerò più nulla in questo negozio ne tantomeno dalla "italica" azienda Caleffi.
Se ci saranno ravvedimenti modificherò questa recensione, per ora voglio procedere secondo legge....
Un aggiornamento ho recuperato i miei soldi non senza difficoltà nonostante avessi riportato l'accappatoio e scontrino pretendevano fotografie, firme e mie generalità.
Rimane comunque il disagio che mi è stato creato!
C'è stato il lieto fine e per correttezza dovevo scriverlo. Sono stato contattato dalla dott.ssa Bernardi responsabile Customer Care che oltre a scusarsi ha provveduto ad un risarcimento più che soddisfacente. A volte capita di sbagliare l'importante è recuperare.....
On 13 April 2019 I purchased, at the Caleffi S.p.A. of Castel Romano Outlet (Rome), a Twist bathrobe in microfibre. The size L bathrobe has sleeves for Pygmies (38 cm) fabric of poor quality and midnight blue color that does not correspond to the photos of the site. I went specially to this shop thinking of buying a product made in Italy but on the label I read that the "Italian" house Caleffi produces this "Twist" bathrobe in China.
I write directly to the company they offer me replacements that do not satisfy me, claiming that for them the head is regular. The size L is indicated by their guide up to 180 cm, I am 177 cm. I propose a change with another bathrobe but ask for an integration of about 25 euros. Obviously I refuse.
I therefore request the return of the money to the point of sale (art. 130 consumer code) which refuses and offers me a voucher I do not accept.
The shopping experience was very bad, I will not buy anything in this shop nor from the "italic" company Caleffi.
If there will be repercussions I will modify this review, for now I want to proceed according to law ....
An update I recovered my money not without difficulty even though I had brought back my bathrobe and receipt, demanding photographs, signatures and my personal details.
However, the discomfort that has been created for me remains!
There was a happy ending and to be fair I had to write it. I was contacted by Dr. Bernardi, responsible for Customer Care who, in addition to apologizing, provided more than satisfactory compensation. Sometimes it happens to make mistakes the important thing is to recover .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto visita al negozio di Castel Romano il 14 luglio e sono stata servita dalla signora Raffaella.Ho notato che,nonostante seguisse le varie clienti,era sempre attenta nel controllare ed invitare la clientela a fare la disinfezione delle mani.
Con me è stata di una gentilezza squisita:ha risposto alle mie domande con la sua competenza, fornendomi tantissime soluzioni.Mi sono sentita davvero una cliente speciale!
Nonostante io abiti lontano, dal punto vendita,tornerò sicuramente
I visited the Castel Romano shop on July 14 and was served by Mrs. Raffaella, and I noticed that, despite following the various customers, she was always careful to check and invite customers to disinfect their hands.
She was an exquisite kindness to me: she answered my questions with her competence, providing me with many solutions. I really felt like a special customer!
Although I live far from the store, I will definitely be back
