Personalmente ho solo un piccolo appunto, non ritengo comodo e agevole (viste le dimensioni del locale) dover fare la fila (oggi per circa 30 minuti) per richiedere la misura idonea, del capo scelto . Mi spiego, meglio... se avete scelto un capo che in esposizione è presente solo con la taglia M e vi serve una S dovete andare al magazzino (sito internamente al negozio) e chiedere se hanno la disponibilità. Quindi vi potreste trovare a dover fare la fila e non avere la misura del capo desiderata. A parte questo merita la visita.
Helpful and courteous staff. Extremely crowded, with excellent opportunities for women and babines, last year I found a great duvet for my little girl who was 12 months old. Personally I have only a small note, I do not think it comfortable and easy (given the size of the room) having to queue (today for about 30 minutes) to request the appropriate size of the chosen item. Let me explain, better ... if you have chosen a garment that is on display only with size M and you need an S you have to go to the warehouse (site inside the store) and ask if they have availability. So you may find yourself having to queue up and not have the desired size of head. Apart from that it deserves a visit.

Il negozio era vuoto c'ero solo io eppure la signora alla cassa, capelli neri forse origine brasiliana, era palesemente seccata, mi ha lanciato la borsa in un sacchetto troppo piccolo per la borsa, le ho dovuto chiedere cortesemente un bollino per chiuderla visto che era un regalo e sbuffando me lo ha messo in busta. ..... Forse dovrebbe lavorare gente che ha voglia di farlo e che un sorriso non gli pesi farlo. Sicuro non tornerò

Sulla mail non c'è scritto su cosa verrà utilizzato e a detta della responsabile viene effettuato solo sulla linea essential ma non era riportato da nessuna parte. Inoltre si è lamentata della sua azienda in quanto a detta sua "dormono".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il piacere di fare acquisti in questo punto vendita e ci tengo a dire un grazie speciale a Roberto, che mi ha assistita nella scelta di alcuni outfit, consigliandomi degli abbinamenti davvero meravigliosi. Senza il suo aiuto avrei vagato per il negozio guardando alla rinfusa tra i vari capi, mentre invece lui, con grande professionalità e maestria, è riuscito a trovare in un attimo dei capi assolutamente indovinati per il mio fisico e le mie tonalità, dimostrando non solo di conoscere alla perfezione la collocazione e il modello di tutti i capi presenti in negozio, ma anche e soprattutto di avere un grande gusto. Inutile dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta degli acquisti fatti e che tornerò sicuramente.
