Servizio clienti inadeguato: alle mie reiterate richieste di informazioni e supporto, non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta né soluzione concreta. Non fate l'errore di scegliere questo operatore. Stay away. Non-operational foreign roaming. I am abroad for work and my Italian number has not been reachable for more than two months. Inadequate customer service: to my repeated requests for information and support, I have not yet received any response or concrete solution. Don't make the mistake of choosing this operator.

Erano un ragazzo e una donna a servirmi : la operazione che dovevo fare era passare dal mio operatore Coop voce a kena mobile con una offerta di 8.99 euro al mese con 50 giga minuti e sms illimitati.... Però alla mia richiesta se prossimamente tale opzione potesse essere tolta per altre meno convenienti mi hanno detto che esattamente non era più il caso di aspettare ma andava colta al volo...come infatti ho fatto.! Invece con mio grande disappunto ho notato che esattamente 4 giorni dopo il mio passaggio a kena con tale offerta da 8.99 euro al mese è uscita la offerta ancora più conveniente da 6.99 al mese con le stesse condizioni pertanto la sensazione provata sicuramente non è stata piacevole poiché avrebbero potuto dirmi che se aspettavo 4 giorni avrei avuto condizioni di contratto più favorevoli. La fiducia si conquista anche parlando chiaro con i clienti , potevano dirmi che 4 giorni dopo avrei fatto un contratto migliore. Per me sono 2 euro al mese in più niente di grave......ma la sfiducia nel punto kena e nei metodi mi rimane tuttora. Confidence is also achieved by speaking clearly with customers, they could tell me that 4 days later I would have made a better contract. For me it is 2 euros a month in addition nothing serious ...... but the lack of confidence in the kena point and in the methods still remains to me.
