Unprofessionell zeigte sich jedoch die junge Dame an der Kasse: sie blieb hartnäckig bei ihrem Italienisch, wirkte arrogant und unhöflich. Auf meine Frage,ob sie denn nicht deutsch könne, kam ein unverschämtes "No"... Big business, you can find almost anything here. The service was friendly, competent and spoke very good German. However, the young lady at the cash register was unprofessional: she persisted with her Italian, appeared arrogant and impolite. When I asked if she couldn't speak German, I got an outrageous "No" ...

Ma il personale è pagato per fare consulenza? A quanto pare no. Devo acquistare viti per una staffa e chiedo un consiglio ad un dipendente. Visibilmente scocciato mi accompagna al reparto e mi dice di arrangiarmi, c'è tutto scritto... Insisto per sapere almeno la dimensione della vite che ho portato come campione, di malavoglia me la dà ma è sbagliata, se ne accorge solo quando gli chiedo se è sicuro... Esperienza pessima, spero che gli altri dipendenti siano diversi. Review update ...
