Inoltre non abbiamo potuto usufruire del motorino in alcuni giorni essendo mal funzionante e non siamo stati neanche rimborsati! Esperienza pessima sconsiglio vivamente! Inaccurate and slovenly staff, old and malfunctioning moped and disproportionate price. In addition, we were unable to use the scooter in some days as it was malfunctioning and we were not even reimbursed! Bad experience I strongly advise against!

J	Jeff Azcona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars! We arrived in Ischia with no reservations (23 Nov 18), intended to rent two scooters. Provided our Ontario motorcycle license for proof. I ride a Honda Shadow 1100. She was not friendly and would not accept our license as proof. Very ill-mannered as the face of your business. If she is the owner, well rent elsewhere.

I've rented a 50cc scooter Piaggio, the lights were working from time to time, althought the scooter was preety old. The rental policy was kind of weird returning it at 9am next day regardless of your renting time. As example I want to rent it for 1 day at 4 pm and I am obligated to return it next day at 9 pm. The price for that specific scooter could be lowered but in the end I was satisfied.

The woman had a terrible attitude and just assumed we were inexperienced to drive a 125 and pressured us to take a 50 with a caution of 500€. Then she gave me a face when I asked her to clarify insurance policy and coverage. She started to treat me like an idiot and I decided to walk away. Very disappointing experience as local people are generally really nice here. Don't go there

B	Brian Bohmueller (River) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Proprietor gave me a hard time about renting a scooter in spite of having extensive motorcycle experience. Her English was good, but she was extremely combative. My mistake was not walking away. She finally rented the scooter to me and seemed to lighten up while showing me the specific scooter controls. Although the scooter had 25K miles on it and seemed to operate fine, until I was halfway around the island when the battery died. The kick-starter failed to work. What seemed to be a back-up battery failed. I called the rental outfit and with friendly assistance from a parking lot assistant was able to communicate the need for someone to come out....an hour later the battery was jump started to get the bike running. They get one star for good road service and one star for the fact I still had fun riding the scooter and seeing Ichsia. No star for mean salesmanship, no star for substandard equipment, and no star for not providing at least a partial refund for a less than good experience. Short review: rent elsewhere.
