E	Eren Ogrul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite the contrary, we had a smooth experience with them and the scooter we rent. They were friendly and very supportive especially when we tried to speak in Italian.
Z	Z O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted a small and economic car for 40€ per day. after payed cash we got the car. That thing was at least 20 years old and completely for the scrap yard. I don't believe that this vehicle was approved for traffic. The tires were run down to slics. I've never driven a car like that before. I went back to the office and told the lady, that i don't want to die and i want to have a car with minimum standards. For 10€/day more i finaly got a fiat punto. That car had also some problems, but ok.

First you pay (50€ for one day) and then surprise you see the "car"... an old, bumped and damaged machina that we couldn't even gear backwards. We complaint and got back to the office, then they offered us an old twingo, apparently better and less hit but also dammaged (no speed indicator, useless rearview mirrors glued to the original frame and some other anoyances) After some kilometers the rearview mirror fell down when we pass over some road bumps and got crashed. When we return the car the ower wanted us to pay for the broken mirror when it was their fault because it was in a bad condition. They were unpolite and extremely rude, they even insulted us. A very bad experience, not recommended at all, you can find better places renting new cars for the same price and far more professional staff.
j	jessica ganino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. Honestly speaking with had no problems at all with the car, the service and the overall service. Initially I contacted few car hires companies and since the beginning I understood that this was the one for us. Very responsive to emails, with clear details and super kind. The owner did not even ask us for a deposit!!! The price are pretty fair compare to the other car hires and genuinely I found Mrs Isabella and Mr Marco so helpful and kind (thing that is not obvious when you get to Ischia I am afraid!). After we delivered back the car Mr Marco let us also leave our bags in his office for free and to let us enjoy the reaming couple of hours near the port - which we have really appreciated. The position of the Car hire is the best, it's basically 5 mins walk to the port so we could not ask for more. Thank you very much Mrs Isabella and Mr Marco, once we come back to Ischia we know who to contact!

M	Marco D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was very old and several things like speedometer didnt worked. Gear shift issues (specially with 3rd). Seats dirty and white closes get yellow. During the return of the car the man said this car is "an oldtimer and only expierenced driver can drive it"... no futher comments needed.
R	Richard Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote them in april, asking for a one-day-rental in august and got the reply, that it would not be necessary to book in advance and that I should just visit the shop, when finally arrived at Ischia. Arriving there, the owner told me, He would not rent for a shorter period than three days. When we got back to Porto Ischia in the afternoon, the car He would have given me just for three days, still stood there, meanwhile unused. Better suggestion: take your car with you onto the ferry and neglect all these "noleggios"! All their carparks were full in the morning, but no one wanted to rent for a single day. So we made a taxidriver happy booking him for the whole day.
L	LA Carrasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool experience to drive a tiny car no doors no windows through all the mountains and the curves and looking at the beautiful views. I think the car is overpriced and you don't get it for the whole day. The car has to be returned before they close for the day. The car does not have key storage, so if you have valuables with you have to take them with you everywhere you go and you should not leave in the car because you run that risk if somebody stealing your properties.
