Avevamo prenotato telefonicamente una barca per un giro dell'isola...la signora al telefono mi dice che la prenotazione era ok ma per il pagamento dovevamo andare in ufficio e farlo direttamente li (Non accettavano nessun altro tipo di pagamento online)...cosi le dico che non siamo di li e che saremmo arrivati la sera e lei mi risponde che non c'erano problemi ... ci armiamo e partiamo subito per recarci da lei a pagare... arrivati in agenzia (dopo meno di 2 ore dalla telefonata) la ragazza ci dice che i nostri posti ormai erano già stati impegnati... ma la serietà delle persone che fine ha fatto?!??!?! Bad experience! We had booked a boat by phone for a tour of the island ... the lady on the phone tells me that the booking was ok but for the payment we had to go to the office and do it directly there (They don't accept any other type of online payment) ... so I tell her that we are not from there and that we would arrive in the evening and she replies that there were no problems ... we arm ourselves and leave immediately to go to her to pay ... arrived at the agency (after less than 2 hours from the phone call) the girl tells us that our seats had already been busy ... but what happened to the seriousness of the people?! ??!?!

Zero distanzianento alla faccia del covid prevale sempre il denaro alla salute publica .Senza dilungarmi dei posti visti sull'isola. the visit to Procida was disappointing starting from the departure from Ischia to the restart from Procida. Il nostro sbaglio è stato di non chiedere ad altri prima di noleggiarlo. We rented a battered scooter the price higher than the others who have much newer scooters. Our mistake was not to ask others before renting it.
S	Simone Paniccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato una gita in barca tramite Sun and Sea, con la compagnia Capitan Morgan. Norme Anti-Covid praticamente non rispettate, la barca era totalmente piena e all'interno i posti a sedere non erano distanziati, né sul ponte superiore né in quello coperto. Nessuno invitava i passeggeri a indossare la mascherina, anzi, il comandante invitava a spostarsi tutti insieme da un lato all'altro della barca per fare foto ai paesaggi. Quando é stato fatto notare che la barca era piena, ci é stato risposto che per loro era normale. Inoltre avevamo prenotato la gita in barca "con bagno": dalla locandina esposta sembrava che ci saremmo fermati in qualche caletta raggiungibile solo via mare per fare qualche tuffo. Niente di tutto ciò. Il pit-stop di un'ora é stato fatto a Sant'Angelo dove la spiaggia libera é praticamente assente e quindi a nessuno é stato possibile fare il bagno. Una vera delusione viste le potenzialità e la bellezza dell'isola. Durante la traversata verso il porto si sentivano solo commenti scontenti degli altri passeggeri. Assolutamente sconsigliato! Invitiamo chi di dovere a fare maggiori controlli viste le norme anti-assembramento. We booked a boat trip through Sun and Sea, with the Capitan Morgan company. Anti-Covid rules practically not respected, the boat was totally full and inside the seats were not spaced, neither on the upper deck nor in the covered one. Nobody invited passengers to wear a mask, on the contrary, the captain invited them to move all together from one side of the boat to the other to take pictures of the landscapes. When it was pointed out that the boat was full, we were told that it was normal for them. We had also booked the boat trip "with bathroom": from the poster on display it seemed that we would stop in some coves accessible only by sea to take some dives. None of that. The one-hour pit stop was done in Sant'Angelo where the free beach is practically absent and therefore no one was able to swim. A real disappointment given the potential and beauty of the island. During the crossing to the port, only disgruntled comments were heard from the other passengers. Absolutely not recommended! We invite those in charge to make more checks given the anti-assembly rules.

A	Adriano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso una giornata meravigliosa in barca, Pietro e Antonio gentilissimi, abbiamo fatto un giro dell' isola vedendo i posti più belli, accompagnato da un ottimo pranzo e vino a gogo.. consiglio a chi viene ad Ischia di fare questa esperienza. We spent a wonderful day on the boat, Pietro and Antonio very kind, we took a tour of the island seeing the most beautiful places, accompanied by a great lunch and wine a gogo .. Sempre con un occhio di riguardo verso chi era in difficoltà nel percorrere i sentieri e in grado di proporre alternative e varianti al programma per venirci incontro durante il nostro trekking.
