★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann zum Rollerverleih (ausschließlich 125ccm - in Italien mit Klasse „B“ fahrbar) nichg negatives sagen. Technisch guter Roller, keine Abzocke und gute Abwicklung. Lediglich der Preis (35€) war etwas hoch.
I can't say anything negative about scooter rental (only 125ccm - mobile in Italy with class "B"). Technically good scooter, no rip-offs and good handling. Only the price (35 €) was a bit high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne recommande pas du tout ce loueur. Pendant notre séjour sur Ischia nous avons loué une voiture et un scooter. Le loueur nous a proposé un prix pour le package qu’il n’a évidemment pas respecté lors du paiement. Comme de par hasard la personne qui nous a fait la réduction n’était pas là. Impossible d’expliquer la situation puisque qu’ils ne veulent pas parler autre chose qu’en italien. Je passe le côté hautain de ces personnes (ils étaient 4 à nous rire au nez en italien)! Une très mauvaise expérience!
I do not recommend this rental company at all. During our stay on Ischia we hired a car and a scooter. The lessor offered us a price for the package which he obviously did not respect during payment. As luck would have it, the person who gave us the reduction was not there. It’s impossible to explain the situation since they don’t want to speak anything other than Italian. I pass the haughty side of these people (they were 4 laughing at us in Italian)! A very bad experience!

Mi è capitato di assistere ad una situazione in cui alcuni clienti stranieri aggredivano verbalmente i titolari solo perché non era possibile applicare uno sconto alla tariffa, loro hanno saputo gestire molto bene la situazione senza essere volgari, anche grazie alla ragazza in ufficio che parla bene inglese. Dopo la questione con quei ragazzi francesi, hanno applicato uno sconto a me. Questa è la prova che essere gentili è un fattore fondamentale?
Very nice and helpful car rental owners.
I happened to witness a situation in which some foreign customers verbally attacked the owners just because it was not possible to apply a discount to the rate, they were able to manage the situation very well without being vulgar, also thanks to the girl in the office who speaks good English . After the matter with those French guys, they gave me a discount. This is proof that being kind is a key factor?
