La randonnée autour des cratères est magnifiques et les explications sont toujours bien dosées et apportent beaucoup de connaissances sur le monde des volcans. Nous nous sommes régalées. Excellent excursion in the company of our perfectly French-speaking guide who was able to share his passion with us. Notre guide Roberto parle couramment Anglais et Français en plus de l’italien et sait parfaitement switcher de langue entre les participants. Le tour était super, la demi journée est passé très vite malgré les 8kms de randonnée. Roberto est fasciné de volcanologie en général et plus encore au sujet de l’Etna et des volcans d’Italie, il a d’ailleurs beaucoup d’anecdote toutes plus intéressantes les unes que les autres à vous raconter. We booked the funicular and hiking tour. Our guide Roberto is fluent in English and French in addition to Italian and knows how to switch languages between participants. The tour was great, the half day went by very quickly despite the 8kms of hiking. Roberto is fascinated by volcanology in general and even more about Etna and the volcanoes of Italy, he has many more interesting anecdotes to tell you.

Guida molto competente (Guglielmo), sia sulla parte di vulcanologia sia sulla storia dell'Etna e dei suoi paesi. Percorso sull'Etna affrontabile da tutti, senza particolari difficoltà, anche se non si è sportivi. Sicuramente esperienza che ripeterei se dovessi ricapitare in zona. Trekking on Etna in the morning, lunch at the Citelli refuge and trip to the Alcantara gorges (not the most touristic part). Very competent guide (Guglielmo), both on the part of volcanology and on the history of Etna and its villages. Path on Etna that can be tackled by everyone, without particular difficulties, even if you are not sporty. Definitely an experience that I would repeat if I were to return to the area.

Molto interessante, super consigliato! Escursione adatta anche a famiglie con bambini. We met Etna with a jeep excursion alternating with walks on the extinct craters and in the magmatic caves, Luca was a very prepared and passionate guide, ready to answer our curiosities both on the volcano and on the surrounding area. Very interesting, super recommended! Excursion also suitable for families with children.
