★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver richiesto piu' volte fattura dei costi acquisiti che dovrebbereo produrre al momento, con una serie di scuse , mai stata inoltrata attraverso mail. Inoltre sono frettolosi e poco cortesi nel dare informazioni. Se li chiami pu' volte, non richiamamno mai, devi richiamarli tu. E ogni scusa e' buona per rimandare l'analisi a domicilio nonostante la congrua cifra pagata di 70 euro. E, ripeto, sono maleducati, rispondono alle mail in malo modo. Arroganti. Mai piu'.

They are also hasty and not very polite in giving information. If you call them can sometimes, never call back, you have to call them back.
