J	Jeff Gordon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the least professional tour I have ever taken. The woman, Barbara, was very friendly, but had no idea what she was doing. We took loops around a town looking for equipment in order to be able to explore a cave, but in the end, there was no equipment, with no explanation. We were offered no discount despite the fact that we had paid for exploring the cave, which in the end we were not able to do. There was a lack of information provided about the volcano and the overall tour, and the tour was stopped halfway through in order to check if we had paid and make us fill in paperwork (this should obviously be done before or after, not when we are pulled off the side of the road next to the mountain halfway through). No jackets or warm clothing were offered, and it was notable that other guests were freezing (we came prepared, fortunately). Absolutely do not travel with this company. The worst 119 euros I have spent in my life (2 people).

Giovanni was the very best guide and had a lot to tell about the vulcano and the flora and fauna of the area. I would definitely recommend it!! Thank you Giovanni for this interesting experience!

Our morning excursion to Etna was really interesting and I've learnt a lot of things about volcanos, also the lunch he arranged was with traditional Sicilian baked good and red wine! Great experience! :)

We took the Etna Morning tour, for 49€/person. Our guide, Paulo, was excellent!!!! He knows so many things and information about the volcano, but also the history of the place & city! He was professional and tried to make our trip as pleasant as possible! So,We are so thankful and happy that we met him! The experience on the volcano is awesome! Don't miss it! Thank you so much!
M	Mina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the Mt. Etna, Wine tasting and Alcantara Gorges Tour and we loved it! First we where picked up in the city and on the way to Mount Etna our guide, Giovanni already told us a lot about Etna and its history. On our way to Etna we stopped on several important places, where we learnt more about Etna, but also volcanos in general. We also got some hiking shoes from the company, which was very useful. After a short hike to some craters of Etna, we went to a sweet country house nearby where we tasted some wine and had lunch. Then we went to the Alcantara Gorges, which were really impressive and cooling after a hot day in the sun, don't forget to bring your bikini! All in all we recommend this tour, which not only covered a lot of places but also gave us an insight into the world of volcanoes and stones. For 65 € we think it is a very good deal! Our guide was really professional and it was clear that he loves Etna and Geology. He provided us with a lot of information and we could ask him any questions not only about Etna and volcanos but also about Sicily in general. So thank you so much Etna experience and Giovanni for a wonderful day!!

The tour was great, it was a light trekking tour, not too physically demanding. Out guide Carlos was super nice and knew a lot about the history and nature of the Etna. He had so many interesting facts about it, we were amazed! The winery provided outstanding food and they could even make the dishes vegan! Wines was simply amazing, we were completely blown away. To top this amazing experience we want to Alcantara Gorges, which was a beautiful place. It was packed with tourists, but it was still a great experience. Overall it was amazing, worth every cent and they even had a student discount under the age of 25! Best thing we did during our time in Catania.

Our guide, Paolo was one of the highlights of the experience, with his endless knowledge about history, volcanoes and geology and his great sense of humour!! He made us feel very welcome and had a great time with him! We are definitely coming back in spring to visit the crates on top of Etna! Don't miss it!!!
