E ha liberato fiamma libera in casa, rischiando di innescare in incendio. Oltre a non aver risolto nulla.. Mi hanno fatto aspettare 20 giorni per un pezzo originale, mai arrivato e quindi pagato come tale ma semplicemente rigenerato. Nel mentre i 2 soci, si negano al tel e si inventano di richiamarti. I contenuti organizzativi dell'uno non corrispondono al quelli dell'altro. Una ditta così va denunciata altro che recensioni. Mai.. Mai.. Mai vista una cosa più indegna in professionalità. Frigo non riparato e dopo ultimo intervento... Non sono più venuti. Per carità... Neppure al mio peggiore nemico A company on the verge of Complaint ... An employee .. r	roberto mazzotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora da dove cominciare, dire che la professionalità non è di casa è poco, primo appuntamento per intervento ore 15 arrivati alle 18, in modo molto frettoloso senza testarlo mi sistituiscono il micro interruttore del galleggiante antitrabocco della lavastoviglie spacciandolo per un sensore per la modica cifra di 146€ (30 il ricambio,30 la chiamata, la manodopera) più Iva. In seguito scopro che tutto il galleggiante ne costa 25. Poco importa perché a dir del tecnico il problema e risolto, peccato però ché esattamente 15 minuti dopo che se n è andato e aver riattivato il lavaggio si blocca per lo stesso codice errore. Richiamo subito il tecnico che dice sarebbe ritornato a breve anche se oramai si son fatte le 19.30 e non ha più risposto alle mie chiamate. L'indomani fisso un ulteriore appuntamento alle 15 dove mi viene detto di non preoccuparmi in quanto il secondo intervento è in garanzia . Purtroppo dopo varie chiamate alle 16.00 poi alle 17.00 finalmente mi avvisano che sono un ritardo e che arriveranno tra le 18.00 e le 19.00. Ovviamente non si è più visto ne sentito nessuno. Credo non mi rimanga altro che denunciare per truffa all'associazione dei consumatori. Obviously, no one has been seen or heard from again. I think I have nothing left but to report the consumer association for fraud.

Abbiamo chiamato e il tecnico ci ha ricontattati promettendoci di venire il giorno seguente. Così non è stato, lo abbiamo ricontattato, ha visualizzato il messaggio e non si è degnato di risponderci. Poca professionalità, eviterei. The technician did not show up or hear on the day we agreed. We called and the technician got back to us and promised to come the following day. This was not the case, we contacted him again, he saw the message and he did not deign to answer us. Little professionalism, I would avoid.

Prezzo equo e grande educazione del Titolare e dei giovani tecnici The only flaw was the wait a few days to have the technicians, but the competence, the speed, the ability to understand and solve the dishwasher problem was commendable. R	Roberto Belfioretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei dare 0 stelle ma non posso purtroppo. 110€ per aver staccato un filo(forno quindi non a norma avendo staccato la Terra) e niente altro. Ci ha detto che sarebbe tornato a riattaccare e sistemare il tutto. Dopo due mesi hanno solo saltato tutti gli appuntamenti che ci eravamo dati, facendoci anche perdere tempo per aspettarli a casa piuttosto che sbrigare altre necessità. Truffatori, incompetenti e bugiardi. I would like to give 0 stars but I can't unfortunately. 110 € for having disconnected a wire (oven therefore not up to standard having disconnected the Earth) and nothing else. He told us he would come back to hang up and fix everything. After two months they just skipped all the appointments we had given each other, also making us waste time waiting for them at home rather than attending to other needs. Scammers, incompetents and liars.

Non vi affidate assolutamente, e se li chiamate perché volete provare come stupidamente ho fatto io dandogli piena fiducia, nonostante le recinsioni, ,evitate di lascire acconti per dei pezzi ordinati...se li intascano e chi si è visto si è visto. Pensavo nel titolare che fosse una persona seria invece ti prende solo in giro.. sempre che non sia la stessa persona che mi è venuta in casa.. Le voci sono uguali. Andrò a verificare se esiste veramente questo ufficio che dicono di avere insieme a qualcuno di competente per avere i miei soldi indietro. Dishonest to say the least. Purtroppo per me li ho interpellati e immediatamente sono intervenuti facendomi ben sperare. Breve occhiata del tecnico che magicamente ha capito tutto. Mi ha alleggerito di 60 euro e mi ha congedato dicendomi che avrebbe ordinato il pezzo rotto. La fattura del pagamento sarebbe arrivata via WhatsApp. Morale...non ho piu visto nè tecnico nè fattura. Mi sono chiaramente rivolto ad altra ditta. I would give 0 stars. If you want my advice, do not call them for any reason.
