★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi ora invece del telefono diretto hanno un call center a Roma...che ovviamente non risponde mai o da risposte evasive. Rottamiamo pure loro valà che il 85% del personale è inutile.
Shameful now instead of the direct telephone they have a call center in Rome ... which obviously never answers or evasive answers. We scrap as well, it is worth 85% of the staff is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente ad eccezione di pochi, privacy zero con gli sportelli tutti aperti, lenti, se chiedi semplici informazioni , nonostante sia loro dovere , sembra ti facciano la carità. Dovrebbero ricevere dei controlli da qualche superiore ogni tanto visto che non danno nemmeno informazioni chiare ed esatte, e sono lì per quello.
Incompetent staff with the exception of a few, zero privacy with the doors all open, slow, if you ask for simple information, although it is their duty, it seems to make you charity. They should receive checks from some superiors every now and then as they do not even give clear and exact information, and they are there for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile è disponibile, ma il sistema di una lentezza imbarazzante e irritante. 70 min di attesa per delle info sono inaccettabili, considerando che tocca poi andare al lavoro per fare fronte agli pagamenti vari che ci propongono.. Ho dovuto rimandare ad un altra mezza giornata da buttare.
Friendly staff is available, but the system of an embarrassing and irritating slowness. 70 minutes of waiting for the info are unacceptable, considering that it then goes to work to cope with the various payments that we propose .. I had to postpone another half a day to throw.
