Absolutely negative rating: doors not sized adequately to the number of people .. in the times it says that it is open until 13:00, I go there at 12:15 and the cashier tells me that it is already closed and there were people in queue ... and I have to pay a simple bulletin .... what for 5 minutes maybe ...
M	Marco Lenici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio molto frequentato, inutile telefonare perché da anni non rispondono, se vi servono informazioni telefonate ad un’altra sede (tipo Montebelluna). Come ufficio rappresenta per me un enigma, ogni pratica dipende da chi la prende in esame, spesso i documenti che andavano bene la settimana prima con un funzionario non vanno bene la settimana dopo con un’altro. Ci sono funzionari in gamba ma è un terno al lotto. Sulla cortesia e capacità comunicative stendo un velo pietoso, gli stessi funzionari non sono a loro agio e spesso scaricano la propria frustrazione sui poveri utenti che già sono a disagio, costretti a subire le allucinanti prescrizioni della burocrazia. Questo non è serio. Il sistema deve o rispondere in tempi medi certi e accettabili oppure deve prendere il numero di telefono del chiamante e offrire di essere richiamato in una fascia oraria da concordare. Quanto al resto, ufficio "corretto" dove però traspare la complessità della burocrazia italiana nelle facce di utenti e funzionari. Il che è uno dei grandi temi di mancanza di competitività del nostro paese. l	leonilde cescon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L anno scorso sono andata all ufficio entrate di oderzo per il canone TV di mia mamma la signora è stata gentilissima è perfino scesa e ha accompagnato in ufficio mia mamma che è invalida oggi essendo chiuso ad oderzo sono andata a Conegliano ho lasciato mia mamma in auto e sono andata rinnovare la dichiarazione la signorina del n2 mi stampa la dichiarazione compilo tutto poi mi dice che la mamma deve firmare scendo a prenderla risalgo con l ascensore la sig. Del 2 è occupata con un altra signora bene aspetto finita la signora dico che toccava a me ha chiesto alla persona che veniva dopo mia madre se la lascia passare. Ora io dico una più ignorate e maleducata non l avevate da mettere mia madre di 88 anni per avere la ricevuta doveva aspettare tutti quelli che erano arrivati dopo di lei per il solo fatto di essere salita per la firma?
