Non fanno salire nessuno in ufficio e ti dicono di provare a chiamare in continuazione perché forse un giorno e qualcuno risponderà. Pessimo servizio, direi irrispettoso. For a week I have been trying to have an appointment for an emergency, but no one is answering the phone or email! They don't let anyone in the office and tell you to try to call all the time because maybe one day and someone will answer. Bad service, I would say disrespectful.
p	pippo pluto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una recensione molto positiva rispetto a quanto scritto da altri, indipendentemente dal lavoro che "non c'è", il mio tempo di attesa è stato di 5 minuti, ho trovato persone preparate e cortesi, mi permetto anzi di dire premurose, probabilmente in certi giorni c'è più ressa, ci sono se non erro 6 sportelli ad aspettare c'erano 6 persone che non hanno atteso molto. (meno di 15 minuti ). Posso lanciare l'idea di poter prenotare on-line un appuntamento per non perdere tempo, dal 1 ottobre pv l'INPS per esempio accetta solo appuntamenti on-line. Cercare di porsi in maniera positiva ed educata magari è difficile per chi ha il grave problema del lavoro che manca, ma lamentarsi gratuitamente e pubblicamente non serve perchè gli addetti hanno bisogno di positività, devo dire che non ero mai stato al CPI e leggendo i commenti in rete mi ero preparato al solito ufficio di passacarte nullafacenti e, invece era tutto l'opposto, prima di scrivere pensateci bene! gli impiegati hanno una dignità. Trying to put oneself in a positive and polite manner is perhaps difficult for those who have the serious problem of the job that is lacking, but complaining for free and publicly is not necessary because the employees need positivity, I must say that I had never been to the CPI and reading the comments on the net I had prepared myself for the usual office of passport paperless and, instead it was all the opposite, before writing, think carefully! employees have a dignity.
C	Christian Coletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppa, 24 chiamate oggi e 2 mail, 4 chiamate ieri e 3 mail e senza contare i contatti di martedì e l'unica cosa che ti sanno rispondere è.....non riesco ad aprire la sua mail o la carta d'identità non la vedo bene.....ente inutile è ancora poco. Avevo necessità di ritirare il modulo DID e usufruire dell'assegno per il lavoro AxL. Insieme all'operatore di servizio, abbiamo accertato il CV Europass e poi ho firmato il patto di servizio personalizzato della durata di sei mesi. R	Rosetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono iscritta alle categorie protette ed è la terza volta che vengo chiamata perché il centro d impiego di Conegliano ha dato il mio numero o per lavori non con contratto a categorie protette o di un lavoro al quale durante il colloquio io non ho menzionato perché non lo posso fare. Devo aggiungere che oggi 30/11/2021 dalla persona alla reception ho subito un tentativo di negazione all'assegno del lavoro, con continue affermazioni che tale assegno non è un corso ma è per l' inserimento lavorativo, e secondo lei perché io cerco di avere più competenze? Per il lavoro o per sport, e spero che non ricapiti più la tentata violazione della mia privacy con domande personali, su orari e come faccio a fare tutti questi corsi visto che sono iscritta alla scuola per una qualifica professionale, non sono cose che l' ufficio di collecamento deve tenere conto. Io mi domanderei invece perché dopo avere fatto un corso di addetta al Front office con stage, lo stesso mi si è proposto uno stage di metalmeccanica o di addetto alle pulizie , cosa c'entra con il Front office, la volete smettere di mancare di mancare di educazione e professionalità sulla mia persona? Grazie!
