★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale quasi sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La pressione fiscale è esasperante ma è anche vero che i soldi per le imposte si trovano sempre per ultimi! Stato e contribuenti dovrebbero venirsi incontro: diminuzione delle imposte, semplificazione del meccanismo e accantonamento dei soldi per pagarle (invece di comprare SUV).
 Staff almost always very kind and helpful. The tax burden is exasperating but it is also true that tax money is always the last! State and tax payers should come together: lower taxes, simplify the mechanism and set aside money to pay them (instead of buying SUVs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo non è il migliore per essere di buon umore, ma personalmente ho trovato competenza e disponibilità all'ascolto. E questo l ho visto fare anche con altre persone mentre ero in fila. Sono stato un paio di volte e devo dire che ho incontrato impiegati che mi hanno dato utili consigli ed informazioni con calma e tranquillità, andando inoltre a scartabellare anche in situazioni ( avevo smarrito parte della documentazione..) che non competevano loro in senso stretto. Leggo commenti molto negativi, ma personalmente non posso che ringraziare per la disponibilità dimostratami.
