★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità, cordialità, trasparenza, educazione, efficienza, competenza... Non troverete NESSUNO di questi valori in questo (e ahimè, anche in tanti altri) Ufficio Postale. Non è normale che uscire da questo posto avendo semplicemente completato l'operazione per cui siete entrati sia un mezzo miracolo. La maggior parte delle volte ci sono problemi a svolgere qualunque tipo di operazione al banco, senza contare la lentezza esasperante, le code chilometriche e il menefreghismo di chi poi ci si trova dall'altra parte del vetro. Complimentoni
Professionalism, friendliness, transparency, education, efficiency, competence ... You will not find ANY of these values in this (and alas, also in many others) Post Office. It is not normal that leaving this place having simply completed the operation you entered is a half miracle. Most of the time there are problems carrying out any type of operation at the counter, not to mention the exasperating slowness, the kilometric queues and the indifference of those who are on the other side of the glass. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al test d'ingresso per lavorare alle poste mi immagino "quanto riesci ad essere antipatica, sgarbata e maleducata da 1 a 10?" Sopra il 9 assumono ad occhi chiusi. Non fate le saccenti solo perché noialtri siamo meno informati sul procedurale. Capisco le persone cerebrolese che frequentano le poste tutti i giorni, ma lavorare a contatto con il pubblico vuol dire anche offrire un servizio ottimale SEMPRE. Senza se e senza ma.

Per ritirare una raccomandata alle 15 sono entrato alle 16 dove a lavorare c'erano solo due sportelli di cui uno che funzionava a tratti. Come al solito gente che saltava la fila e soliti disagi che si creano quando si forma la fila che va a finire sul marciapiede. Metto due stelle solo perché la ragazza allo sportello mi è venuta incontro dopo che ero lì per la secondo volta a ritirare sta raccomandata. Mai più !!
Embarrassing..
To pick up a registered letter at 3 pm I entered at 4 pm where there were only two branches to work, one of which was working occasionally. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato perche' e' l'ufficio postale piu' vicino alla mia abitazione, ma mi sento male ogni volta che devo andarci. Sono lentissimi, a volte si fermano a parlare con qualche cliente che conoscono nonostante ci sia la fila che aspetta. Se chiedi una informazione non rispondono, o non ti ascoltano o ti rispondono con sufficenza. Guardando le recensioni vedo che non sono l'unico a lamentarmi. Mi piacerebbe che qualche responsabile venisse a vedere il loro comportamento. Non si possono lasciare persone cosi' al contatto con il pubblico.
Too bad because it's the closest post office to my house, but I feel bad every time I have to go there. They are very slow, sometimes they stop to talk to some customers they know despite the queue waiting. If you ask for information they do not answer, either they do not listen to you or they answer you sufficiently. Looking at the reviews I see that I'm not the only one complaining. I would like some responsible to come and see their behavior. You can't leave people like that in contact with the public.

Devo fare due spedizioni. Impiegati velocissimi. La persona che mi segue è gentilissima e preparata. Mi dà tutte le informazioni che le chiedo per future spedizioni. È sorridente sotto la mascherina unendo empatia, cordialità e professionalità.
Se ci fosse la possibilità di dare sei stelle lo farei.
Same experience happened in another post office some time ago. I arrive ready for the worst and worried about the many negative reviews of this office.
I have to make two expeditions. Lightning fast employees. The person who follows me is very kind and prepared. She gives me all the information I ask for future expeditions. He is smiling under the mask, combining empathy, friendliness and professionalism.
If there was a chance to give six stars I would.
