★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente maleducati, dopo un'attesa lunghissima si sono rifiutati di fare il loro lavoro! Sono veramente una delusione, non hanno mai risolto un problema (creato dai loro servizi), nè sono mai stati in grado di dare nemmeno il minimo aiuto...sono un servizio completamente inutile!
 Extremely rude, after a very long wait they refused to do their job! They are truly a disappointment, they have never solved a problem (created by their services), nor have they ever been able to give even the slightest help ... they are a completely useless service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pacco che mi doveva essere consegnato non è stato consegnato. Mi è stato detto di riprogrammare la consegna con le informazioni scritte sull'avviso di mancata consegna (che non ho, perché non è passato nessuno a consegnare il pacco, hanno solo detto di averlo fatto, lo so perché sono stato in casa un intero pomeriggio ad aspettarlo), e quando ho chiamato per lamentarmi non ha risposto nessuno per 5 volte di fila.
The package that was supposed to be delivered to me was not delivered. I was told to reschedule the delivery with the information written on the Nondelivery Notice (which I don't have, because no one came to deliver the package, they just said they did, I know because I've been home a whole afternoon waiting for him), and when I called to complain, no one answered 5 times in a row.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile! 70 minuti di attesa ed ancora non sono riuscito a spedire una raccomandata nonostante avessi due soli numeri in coda al momento del ritiro del biglietto. L'unico sportello spedizioni attivo continua a chiamare numeri con lettere differente.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un bollettino pre compilato ad una Signora al desk e mi ha risposto con un’arroganza assurda. Magari mettete più personale a lavorare, 3 persone al banco . Attesa di 50 minuti. La signora Concetta che mi ha servita molto cordiale e gentile nonostante lo stress
