1 ora di attesa per avere un preventivo, senza riuscire ad averlo.
Arrivato poco dopo l'apertura, l'unico venditore era impegnato con un cliente. Piano piano sono arrivate persone e si è creata una fila di 6/7 clienti. Ció malgrado, il venditore non ha ne' gestito la cosa (anche solo degnando di una parola e scusandosi con chi attendeva) né il tanto meno accelerato il suo ritmo.
Sono uscito senza poter avere il preventivo,
Risultato : compreró lo scooter a Modena, visto che mi serve subito

1 hour of waiting for a quote, without being able to get it.
Arriving shortly after opening, the sole vendor was busy with a customer. Little by little people arrived and a line of 6/7 customers was created. In spite of this, the seller did not manage it (even if only deigning a word and apologizing to those waiting) nor accelerated his pace.
I went out without being able to get a quote,
Result: I will buy the scooter in Modena, since I need it immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I holiday in this region every year on my Z1000sx. Perfect for these roads. The first time I needed to use their workshop was when I was heading home and needed my chain lubricated after 3 weeks of riding the Tuscan roads near Chalet Raticosa it was very dirty and dry. Very quick service and I speak very little italiano.
This trip I had some warning lights on the dash. KTRAC was off also. So I rode to their workshop and they sorted it out for me in about 20 mins. I am so happy as I thought I would have to walk back to London and leave my bike in Bologna. But thanks to this dealer I can still enjoy these roads for three weeks more. I cannot praise these men enough. My holiday can continue.
If an Italian was stuck in London with the same troubles the Englishman would rip him off. What a lovely attitude the Italian people have. There not like Londoners that just want your money.
I will continue to return here because of many reasons. The people have caring hearts. The food is amazing. The scenery on every bend is stunning and the weather is great.
Thank you so much Cesare Kawasaki. There are caring people in this world. You have been there when I needed you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Grazie mille per tutti.
