La possibilità di prenotare online per il proprio servizio ti evita le lunghe attese, che purtroppo ci sono. Altro servizio utilissimo è la fotocopiatrice all'ingresso a pagamento che ti evita di andare in giro per fare fotocopie e perdere ulteriore tempo. C'è sempre da migliorare, ma siamo sulla buona strada. The staff at the entrance is very helpful and guides you in filling out the requests. The possibility of booking online for your own service avoids long waits, which unfortunately there are. Vergognosa una segreteria musicale con messaggio costante da piu' di 1 ora: La preghiamo di attendere, stiamo per passare la sua chiamata ad 1 consulente ! da piu' di 1 ora... Dovrebbero dire davantia lei ci sono top persone oppure si deve attendere un tot di tempo...non, stiamo per passarle un consulente e nel frattempo passano le ore ! E' vero e' da terzo mondo ! Shameful a music answering machine with constant message for more than 1 hour: Please wait, we are about to pass your call to 1 consultant! for more than 1 hour ...
