Sapranno che è un ufficio pubblico e che non è il giardino di casa propria? S	Stefano Sorrentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, il personale è pure gentile...ma ci sono tempi d'attesa sproporzionati, code mal gestite, il totem per il ritiro del ticket è nascosto dietro al banco delle informazioni e non è possibile accedervi in proprio (devi dare il tesserino sanitario all'addetto del banco). Nonostante ci sia un bar "interno" con tanto di tabacchi, per le marche da bollo devi farti almeno un km in direzione Salerno (o sul lungomare o dopo l'ospedale). Per accedervi, dalla strada principale, si deve attraversare un varco, una strada e salire una scala dove due persone (verosimilmente per salire e scendere) non c'entrano. Una semplice dimostrazione di potere di un'agenzia tra le meno amate. Ti pare che, al posto di rendersi al servizio dei cittadini, non si cerchi che la sopraffazione? In sintesi, mi chiedo perché avere una struttura che in potenza sarebbe ottimale ma nel concreto si perde nelle solite gestioni all'italiana, piene di disservizi e lungaggini inutili.
