★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedere la fotocopia dei documenti dopo aver fatto 1 ora di fila e non farti accedere perché non c'è l hai e da Striscia la Notizia.... per non parlare degli operatori agli sportelli che non sanno che si può fare il duplicato della tessera sanitaria nonostante nel modulo ci sia ben scritto e ce mancato poco che mi mandavano via

Assurdo!!!
