★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono appena uscita dal negozio e devo dire che trovare ragazze così educate e disponibili oggi è davvero difficile soprattutto hanno il sorriso impresso sul volto.. staff eccellente ma un grazie và soprattutto a Michela che mi ha aiutata ed è stata molto carina nei miei riguardi, grazie mille veramente.

I have just come out of the store and I must say that finding girls so polite and available today is really difficult especially they have the smile imprinted on their faces .. excellent staff but thanks go above all to Michela who helped me and was very nice to me, thank you very much indeed.

Dovrebbe essere migliorata l'esposizione ,la merce ed anche le offerte considerato che durante il periodo di Natale ci sono dei prodotti tipici passato quel periodo dovrebbero andare in saldi almeno al 50%.adesso ci sono molti prodotti in promozione
Upim represents for me a shop that recalls my childhood. The display, the merchandise and also the offers should be improved considering that during the Christmas period there are some typical products past that period they should go on sale at least at 50% .Now there are many products on promotion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda i prezzi sono moderati e giusti alla qualità della merce. Personale da rivedere per inadeguatezza al marchio stesso. Sono stato accompagnato all uscita con un vaffa.. o piglialonel... In lingua napoletana da una commessa semplicemente perché in reparti scontatissimi si ritrovano capi di altro prezzo ( fortunatamente visti in cassa e non acquistati) e chiedendo spiegazione la stessa commessa ci consigliava sempre in lingua napoletana di rilasciare una recensione visto che erano in pochi a lavorare e non poter ricoprire i ruoli in maniera soddisfacente per evitare la accaduto, consigliandoci appunto di lasciare recensioni negativa per poterla fare leggere ai vertici e far capire che essendo in sotto numero non erano in grado di soddisfare i clienti.
