Credo che l'azienda EQUILIBRA sia "passata di mano", perché altrimenti non mi spiego alcune decisioni incomprensibili, tipo quella di non produrre più la meravigliosa lozione anticaduta per capelli che mi ha accompagnato in questi ultimi 10 anni con grande soddisfazione.
Analogamente, la maschera per capelli in barattolo, anche se apparentemente ha mantenuto la stessa denominazione, non è più lo stesso prodotto, che prima lasciava i capelli leggeri e li districava benissimo, mentre adesso li lascia praticamente sporchi, anche se sono puliti.
Non mi spiego queste modifiche peggiorative. Che peccato!

I believe that the EQUILIBRA company has "changed hands", because otherwise I cannot explain some incomprehensible decisions, such as that of no longer producing the wonderful hair loss lotion that has accompanied me in the last 10 years with great satisfaction.
Similarly, the hair mask in a jar, although apparently it has kept the same name, is no longer the same product, which previously left the hair light and untangled it very well, while now it leaves it practically dirty, even if it is clean.
I don't explain these pejorative changes. What a shame!

Ho fin da subito riscontrato in loro una grandissima professionalità, simpatia, gentilezza, empatia e competenza, tanto da farmi ben presto affezionare al punto vendita Equilibra di Via Barberini.
Spesso, non potendo andare a Roma, ho fatto anche ordini telefonici ed anche sui tempi di spedizione posso solo spendere dolci e belle parole.
Consiglio a tutti di passare in questo negozio, dove io mi sento davvero a casa ogni volta che ci entro, e di scoprire il magico mondo Equilibra.

For about a year and a half, every time I go to Rome, Raffaella and Anna have been my fixed stop.
I immediately found in them a great professionalism, friendliness, kindness, empathy and competence, so much so that I soon became fond of the Equilibra store in Via Barberini.
Often, not being able to go to Rome, I have also made telephone orders and even on shipping times I can only spend sweet and beautiful words.
