★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Мда.. Не ожидал такого отношения.. В аптеках Испании, Кипра всегда находил взаимопонимание и радушный приём. Италия в этом плане разочаровала! Общаться не хотят даже через переводчик, откровенно делают вид что не понимают! Лекарств вообще не знают! Вобщем 2* это даже много!
 Hmm .. I didn’t expect such an attitude .. In the pharmacies of Spain, Cyprus I always found mutual understanding and a warm welcome. Italy disappointed in this regard! They do not want to communicate even through an interpreter, they frankly pretend that they do not understand! They don't know any medicine at all! In general, 2 * is even a lot!

Arriviamo per fare un tampone (prenotato) necessario per una visita urgente in ospedale in terapia intensiva.
All'arrivo ci dicono che purtroppo non lo fanno più e di andare in un altra farmacia come se fosse facile prenotare un tampone urgente al centro di Roma.
Oltretutto avevamo dato il numero di cellulare per essere informati in tempo

We arrive to have a tampon (booked) necessary for an urgent visit to the hospital in the ICU.
Upon arrival they tell us that unfortunately they no longer do it and to go to another pharmacy as if it were easy to book an urgent tampon in the center of Rome.
Besides, we had given the mobile number to be informed in time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione del tutto positiva nonostante fosse il primo gennaio. Dovendo partire il giorno seguente sono riusciti a fare il tampone alla mia ragazza prenotandolo per le 18:00. Puntualissimi e risultato in pochi minuti con tanto di stampa cartacea. Personale cordiale ed efficiente che ringrazio nuovamente.
Totally positive review despite it being January 1st. Having to leave the following day they managed to swab my girlfriend by booking it for 6pm. Punctual and result in a few minutes with a lot of paper printing. Friendly and efficient staff whom I thank again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the lady a shampoo and conditioner for traveling very small sizes. She give them to me I paid by card then was surprised to know that it costs ~15 euros.
She decided that if I am a tourist can give me expensive things. Asked about a return, however she said they can be replaced with something but not returned.
Put the prices on products and respect your tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is tragic! We made a rapid test friday morning in order to fly on saturday morning, we paid 15€ and they told us to wait the results in our mail. We didn't have any answer until 18.00 and we went again to ask.. They told us to wait and they will send the result at 19.00.. AND NOTHING! We tried to call them, email them, but they were closed and they didn't open the next day because it was new years eve.. We were very anxious, our flight was in the morning and we haven't got rapid!!!!! SHAME ON THEM
