★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un trasloco con EM Sgomberi e Traslochi, avevo bisogno di una fattura ma il proprietario ha inserito una partita IVA sbagliata, errore al quale fino ad oggi non è riuscito o non ha voluto rimediare.
Dopo varie scuse, ovvero non sapere come annullare una fattura (a sua detta il commercialista gli avrebbe risolto il problema "a breve"), e vari tentativi in cui gli sono venuta incontro per risolvere il problema, ancora oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna fattura (trasloco concluso a dicembre) e il proprietario è scomparso.
Si sono dimostrati poco professionali e la loro disponibilità si è conclusa quando è stato saldato il conto.
Inutile dire di averci perso di conseguenza anche economicamente.
Tornassi indietro mi affiderei sicuramente ad un'azienda seria.
I moved with EM Sgomberi e Traslochi, I needed an invoice but the owner entered a wrong VAT number, an error which until now he has not been able to or did not want to remedy.
After various excuses, that is not knowing how to cancel an invoice (according to him the accountant would have solved the problem "shortly"), and several attempts in which I came to solve the problem, I still have not received any invoice ( move completed in December) and the owner has disappeared.
They proved unprofessional and their helpfulness ended when the bill was settled.
It goes without saying that we have also lost economically as a result.
If I went back, I would certainly rely on a serious company.
