Per il mio trasloco internazionale, grazie all altissima professionalita' del team Pennacchia, questa volta non mi sono stressata affatto. Un servizio ottimo, prezzi giusti e un tocco di umanita'. Consiglio Pennacchia e li scegliero' senz' altro anche nel futuro. Moving is always stressful, even if you've done it many times like me. For my international move, thanks to the high professionalism of the Pennacchia team, this time I was not stressed at all. Great service, fair prices and a touch of humanity. I recommend Pennacchia and I will certainly choose them in the future too.

Mi aveva già colpito in fase di richiesta preventivi la trasparenza della loro offerta, chiara completa e univoca in tutti i suoi dettagli. Prima, durante e dopo l’esecuzione del trasloco, hanno mostrato ottima comunicazione, disponibilità e flessibilità nel venire incontro agli imprevisti (non pochi) della situazione. Si sono rivelati puntuali e professionali in ogni fase, anche la più delicata. E soprattutto, è gente che si immedesima nella situazione non semplice e disagiata di un trasloco familiare (con un piccolino di 20 mesi da gestire) ed è sempre pronta a dare suggerimenti sul come ridurre tali disagi. Sono molto soddisfatto del loro servizio, tanto che ora mi viene automatico far loro pubblicità, allorquando mi trovo a parlare ad amici e conoscenti del nostro trasferimento a Milano. In breve, Roberto Pennacchia e il suo staff cordiale quanto simpatico si sono dimostrate ottime persone, gran lavoratori, veloci, puliti e ordinati. Ma soprattutto onesti e affidabili, sempre con occhio attento alla sicurezza sul lavoro. Merce rara, di questi tempi. Consigliati vivamente. I used their services last week, for our umpteenth move of furniture and personal effects, this time from Paris (8th floor) to Milan (7th floor). I was already struck by the transparency of their offer, which was clear, complete and unambiguous in all its details. Before, during and after the execution of the move, they showed excellent communication, availability and flexibility in meeting the unexpected (not a few) of the situation. They proved to be punctual and professional in every phase, even the most delicate. And above all, it is people who identify themselves with the difficult and difficult situation of a family move (with a baby of 20 months to manage) and is always ready to give suggestions on how to reduce these inconveniences. I am very satisfied with their service, so much so that now I get to advertise them automatically, when I find myself talking to friends and acquaintances about our transfer to Milan. Abbiamo traslocato due ultraottantenni da un'abitazione che occupavano da circa 45 anni ad una nello stesso comune, ma più vicina a noi familiari. Mission impossible dal punto di vista emotivo ma, grazie alla serietà di Pennacchia Traslochi, siamo riusciti ad affrontare la parte operativa in maniera indolore. Elenchiamo solo alcuni dei punti di forza dell'impresa: Serietà, puntualità, competenza professionale, discrezione e disponibilità. Della squadra che ha lavorato per noi un ringraziamento particolare a Angelo e Ibrahim che hanno lavorato con noi per tutti e tre i giorni del trasloco. Sicuramente ci rivolgeremo ancora a questa impresa e la consigliamo vivamente. We chose this company because it is based near our home attracted by the excellent reviews found, and we were not wrong! We moved two over 80s from a house they had occupied for about 45 years to one in the same municipality, but closer to us family members. Mission impossible from an emotional point of view but, thanks to the seriousness of Pennacchia Traslochi, we were able to deal with the operational part in a painless way. F	Federico Patota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato il trasloco dall'Italia alla Svizzera e mi sono trovato benissimo: sia per la logistica (imballaggio, carico e scarico), sia per la burocrazia doganale (ho anche un cane di piccola taglia e mi hanno supportato nel capire la documentazione necessaria per importarlo in Svizzera). Sono venuti il giorno prima a imballare e caricare il tutto ed il giorno dopo sono arrivati in perfetto orario nel mio nuovo appartamento. Nonostante uno dei traslocatori abbia avuto un lutto in famiglia il primo giorno, tutto si è svolto nei tempi prestabiliti. Tra le mie cose vi erano dispositivi elettronici (console, computer, impianto stereo), bicchieri e diverse bottiglie di vino e tutto è arrivato integro a destinazione. Raccomandatissimi!!! :) I moved from Italy to Switzerland and I had a great time: both for the logistics (packing, loading and unloading), and for the customs bureaucracy (I also have a small dog and they supported me in understanding the necessary documentation for import it into Switzerland). They came the day before to pack and load everything and the next day they arrived on time in my new apartment. Although one of the movers had a family death on the first day, everything went on schedule. Among my things there were electronic devices (console, computer, stereo system), glasses and several bottles of wine and everything arrived intact at its destination. Highly recommended !!! :)

Abbiamo fatto un trasloco a Roma con un bimbo dì 5 settimane. Smooth! Perfect experience indeed. Staff speak a kindness that is experienced very little in Milan in general. Attention and care of the highest level. We moved to Rome with a 5 week old baby. Smooth!

Roberto, mi ha colpito la sua professionalità, con poche domande mi ha consigliata sia sul numero dei cartoni da usare sia sulla grandezza degli stessi. Ha rispettato tutti gli appuntamenti quali il recapito del materiale per imballare, il ritiro e la consegna finale dei colli. Nonostante lo stress per il trasloco il Sig. Roberto, con la sua calma ed esperienza mi ha sempre tranquillizzata e mi ha risolto diversi problemi tra cui il trasporto di un’autovettura. I suoi collaboratori si sono rivelati capaci, seri e veloci, hanno fatto il trasloco in un palazzo senza ascensore mantenendo sempre il sorriso e con la massima disponibilità. La ditta “Pennacchia “ è una ditta seria, altamente professionale, con un’esperienza di lunga data e onesta. Se dovessi rifare un trasloco non esiterei a ricontattarli. I relied on the company "Pennacchia" for a move from Varese to Rome and from the first telephone contact with the owner Mr. Roberto, I was struck by his professionalism, with a few questions he advised me both on the number of cartons to use and on the size of the same. He respected all the appointments such as the delivery of the packaging material, the collection and final delivery of the packages. Despite the stress of moving, Mr. Roberto, with his calm and experience has always reassured me and solved several problems including the transport of a car. His collaborators turned out to be capable, serious and fast, they moved into a building without a lift, always keeping a smile and with maximum availability. The owner was quick and competent, answering all my questions about the move. The staff were direct employees of the company and were efficient, fast, helpful and extremely polite. My mom joined us in Stockholm and I relied on Pennacchia Traslochi for the move. Coordinating an international move is not a trivial matter, considering the memories and personal effects of a lifetime.
