Non hanno rispettato la data entro in cui dovevano effettuare il trasloco,e nemmeno l'orario poi,arrivati due rumeni maleducati e con mobili rovinati. lo specchio rovinato nell'angolo perchè senza protezioni o coperte...chiamati avevano ragione loro... non rispettano i tempi e i clienti che una seconda volta non li richiamano di certo...Zero serietà e persone da poco, non si lavora così! RISPONDETE SOLO A ME E A TUTTI QUELLI PRIMA?????? cosa vi inventate con gli oggetti che avete rovinato??? ATTENTI a questi quà VERGOGNAAAAAAAAA Bad! they want the money immediately and long before the move. Now I understand why, on arrival they would not be paid! Ti danno a firmare un contratto dove dopo non ce niente scritto, non sai quali sono i tuoi diritti come consumatore. Cosi dopo ti possono dire quello che vogliono. Io ho perso con loro 250€ perche volevo rescindere del contratto e mi hanno detto di no, che io gli avevo causato un danno a loro. Dopo di leggere la recensione di un altra persona, credo sia stata la scelta migliore perdere i 250€ prima di perdere la mia roba. Gli sconsiglio assolutamente. Serious company. One day they tell you one thing and then another. They give you to sign a contract where after there's nothing written, you don't know what your rights are as a consumer. Then they can tell you what they want. I lost € 250 with them because I wanted to cancel the contract and they said no, that I had caused them harm. After reading the review of another person, I think it was the best choice to lose the € 250 before losing my stuff. I absolutely advise against it.

Ho commissionato a questa ditta un trasloco internazionale con due destinazioni: son venuti degli addetti poco professionali che hanno non solo danneggiato dei mobili ma hanno confuso la destinazione di diversi mobili nonché' perso E MAI RIMBORSATO un televisore al plasma una scrivania ed un letto matrimoniale! Il responsabile Massimo Mammarella e' stato finora incapace di risolvere la questione! Sconsiglio l'uso di questa ditta! Bungling and incompetent! I commissioned this company to move internationally with two destinations: unprofessional employees came who not only damaged furniture but confused the use of different furniture and lost EVER REFUNDED a plasma TV a desk and a double bed! The manager Massimo Mammarella has so far been unable to resolve the issue! I do not recommend using this company!

Sempre disponibili, telefonicamente e via email, mi hanno seguita in tutte le fasi del trasloco, fino alla consegna a Trieste. Li ho consigliati a un paio di miei amici e, se dovessi ancora bisogno di traslocare, mi rivolgerò a loro. Good and courteous. I transferred my things from England to Italy, I asked for several quotes and I chose theirs. Always available, by phone and email, they followed me in all the phases of the move, until they were delivered to Trieste. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends and, if I still need to move, I will turn to them.
M	Matteo Ghedini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto negativa. Il nostro trasloco doveva durare 2 giorni ed essere chiavi in mano. Sono arrivati 5 ragazzi il primo giorno (in ritardo di mezza giornata) e non hanno mai lavorato a pieno regime, erano al massimo 2 al lavoro contemporaneamente mentre gli altri si riposavano. I ragazzi erano simpatici ma nessuno di loro aveva mai fatto un trasloco prima. Alla fine il trasloco è durato 3 giorni ma è stato tutto fuorché chiavi in mano; abbiamo fatto noi 2/3 degli scatoloni! Altrimenti sarebbe durato almento 5 giorni. Alla fine si sono rifiutati di consegnare prima di ricevere il saldo della fattura. La comunicazione è stata disastrosa. Sia il responsabile che il proprietario ci hanno detto una serie di balle per giustificare ritardi e interruzioni e soprattutto la mancata consegna dei mobili alla fine. L'esperienza negativa sarebbe stata molto più facile da sopportare se solo avessero detto la verità e si fossero scusati per I disagi! A volte basta poco ma forse l'onestà e l'autocritica sono le doti più rare. We had a very bad experience. Our move had to last 2 days and be turnkey. 5 boys arrived on the first day (half a day late) and never worked at full capacity, they were at most 2 at work at the same time while the rest were resting. The boys were nice but none of them had ever made a move before. In the end the move lasted 3 days but it was anything but turnkey; we made 2/3 of the boxes! Otherwise it would have lasted at least 5 days. In the end they refused to deliver before receiving the balance of the invoice. Communication was disastrous. Both the manager and the owner told us a series of bales to justify delays and interruptions and above all the failure to deliver the furniture in the end. The negative experience would have been much easier to endure if only they had told the truth and apologized for the inconvenience! Sometimes it takes very little, but honesty and self-criticism are perhaps the rarest qualities.

Non solo Traslochi. net ha offerto il preventivo più interessante ma sono stati estremamente flessibili ed efficaci nel trovare soluzioni adeguate per il pagamento (ditta tedesca)e a mantenere un livello di informazione accurata e veloce. Inoltre il trasloco é stato velocissimo e molto professionale. Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Perugini che ha contribuito alla riuscita del ns. progetto last minute, facendolo con una cordialità squisita. È un piacere lavorare con veri professionisti. Ancora grazie! As a Relocator I had to organize a move from Florence to Berlin for a client and her company in a few days: request for a quote with the day and time of packaging and collection of the goods. Not just removals. net offered the most interesting quote but they were extremely flexible and effective in finding suitable payment solutions (German company) and in maintaining an accurate and fast level of information. In addition, the move was very fast and very professional. Special thanks to Mr. Perugini who contributed to the success of our. last minute project, doing it with an exquisite cordiality. Trotz genauer Information, der zu transportierenden Ware, kamen sie mit zu kleinen Transporter. Wir mussten einen halben Tag auf den zweiten Transporter warten. So kam die Ware auch erst am folgenden Tag an. Dazu war sie auch teilweise beschädigt. Die Frechheit war dann,als sie uns Umkosten für den zweiten Transporter verrechneten. Der Chef hat sich dabei immer schön hinter der Sekretärin versteckt. Wie bekannt, stinkt der Fisch vom Kopf. Drivers were very helpful, understanding and friendly but boss useless. Despite precise information about the goods to be transported, they came with vans that were too small. We had to wait half a day for the second van. The goods did not arrive until the following day. It was also partially damaged. The cheek was when they charged us for the second van. The boss always hid behind the secretary. As is well known, the fish stinks from the head.
