Dopo un sopralluogo tecnico molto professionale, mi hanno indirizzato all'acquisto di un Clivet. Prodotto molto valido con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho anche usufruito del pagamento rateale. Lo Russo, che mi ha seguito direttamente fino alla fase di collaudo. Persona disponibile, precisa e puntuale. Flessibilita' nelle soluzioni proposte e molto attento al dettaglio….mi ha risolto alcuni problemi emersi in fase di installazione, non a lui attribuibili, non variando il preventivo. Sono molto contento della scelta fatta...installazione Pentasplit in giornata e senza intoppi. Essendomi trovato molto bene ho deciso di chiamarli nuovamente e, anche questa volta, non si sono smentiti. Il preventivo e il sopralluogo sono stati molto rapidi così come il concordare la data per l'inzio dei lavori. La squadra (2 persone molto preparate) che ha eseguito i lavori hanno lavorato benissimo e in maniera veramente professionale accontentando tutte le richieste e quanto era stato precedentemente concordato. Ringrazio dunque Stefano per la parte "gestionale" e Federico con il suo aiutante per la parte relativa all'installazione. Contattati per preventivo via Wazzapp, 15 minuti e potevo decidere se effettuare il lavoro. Prezzo nello standard (essendo Agosto pensavo a una mazzata..) mi hanno pure ricordato che potevo detrarre parte dela spesa dal 730 cosa che ignoravo. È un 12000 btu un solo split Samsung e rinfresca camera e cucina.. L altro non ci riusciva manco da nuovo. Per ora esperienza positiva..
