Per quello che riguarda la caldaia non sono in grado di installare una caldaia per un nuovo allaccio qualora il piano cottura sia ad induzione ed Italgas richieda un apparecchio attaccato. Una pessima esperienza
We tried to activate a user with them and they got the modules wrong three times in a row. As for the boiler, I am unable to install a boiler for a new connection if the hob is induction and Italgas requires an appliance attached. A bad experience

Ha risolto in pochissime ore un problema che si trascinava da molto tempo e che avevo tentato più volte di affrontare, senza esito, con mail e telefonate al numero verde. GRAZIE MILLE!!
I would like to express all my gratitude for the speed, availability and competence with which Mrs. Cianfanelli Sandra, of EON Pomezia, managed my transfer procedure, related moreover to users of a housing unit located in the Province of Frosinone. In just a few hours he solved a problem that had been dragging on for a long time and that I had tried several times to deal with, unsuccessfully, with emails and telephone calls to the toll-free number.
