★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo male mi hanno dato appuntamento x oggi 22 ottobre dalle ore 16,16 alle 18,15 ma a tuttora nn si è visto nessuno,ho preso una giornata x esserci ma nn interessa a nessuno,se mi daranno un'altro appuntamento io nn potrò esserci e se ci sarà da firmare pazienza,nn e cosi che funziona
 Let's start badly they gave me an appointment x today October 22 from 4.16pm to 6.15pm but still no one has seen us, I have taken a day to be there but no one cares about me, if they give me another appointment I will not be there and if there will be patience to sign, nn and so it works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo diventare cliente Edison ed attivare Edison web luce...sono due giorni che provo, ma per problemi dei loro sistemi non è stato possibile. Contatto il call center e mi comunicano che non possono attivare questa offerta, perché attivabile solo via web e di chiedere assistenza via chat. Ho contattato la chat, mi confermano problemi ai loro sistemi e circa un'ora fá mi chiedono un recapito per contattarmi.... spariti!!! Una barzelletta: reclamizzano offerte attivabili SOLO via web e poi hanno i sistemi che non funzionano!! Assolutamente zero serietà e professionalità, per fortuna si sono rivelati per quello che sono prima che attivassi l'utenza...ora mi rivolgerò altrove!
I wanted to become an Edison customer and activate Edison web luce ... I've been trying for two days, but due to problems with their systems it was not possible. I contact the call center and they tell me that they cannot activate this offer, because it can only be activated via the web and to request assistance via chat. I contacted the chat, they confirmed problems with their systems and about an hour ago they asked me for an address to contact me .... disappeared !!! A joke: they advertise offers that can ONLY be activated via the web and then they have systems that don't work !! Absolutely zero seriousness and professionalism, luckily they turned out to be what they are before I activated the user ... now I will turn elsewhere!
