★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chiamati alle ore 15:00 perché il pc mi si era bloccato ed ero disperato avendo una scadenza urgente la mattina dopo ma pagando un extra irrisorio di 25 euro come l'ho portato da loro si sono messi a ripararlo. ore 19:00 pc riparato ad un prezzo ONESTISSIMO! oltre a ringraziarli pubblicamente non posso che consigliarli al 101% , non scrivo mai recensioni ma in questo caso lo meritano!
called at 15:00 because my pc was blocked and I was desperate having an urgent deadline the next morning but paying a paltry extra of 25 euros as I brought it to them they started to repair it. 19:00 pc repaired at a VERY HONEST price! in addition to publicly thanking them I can only recommend them 101%, I never write reviews but in this case they deserve it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto nelle recensioni che altri hanno avuto il mio stesso problema, portata PS4 per sostituzione uscita HDMI che mi hanno fatto pagare €100 (prezzo eccessivo), oltretutto senza che io accettassi nessun preventivo e firmassi nessun foglio in cui accettavo quello che mi hanno comunicato dopo cioè che fino a €115 loro eseguono il lavoro senza autorizzazioni da parte del cliente. Quando ho detto che il prezzo secondo me era assurdo mi è stato risposto che visto che sono tanto bravo potevo andare da loro e fargli vedere come la sistemavo da solo. Mancanza di rispetto totale per il cliente. Mai più!

Si mi avete mandato una comunicazione tramite sms (al quale io non ho mai risposto) giorni dopo che io avevo già lasciato la PS4 presso di voi, queste sono cose che vanno comunicate e fatte firmare al momento in cui vi lascio il prodotto da riparare. Oltre questo tornato a casa ho controllato la PS4 e l’uscita HDMI risulta usurata internamente quindi mi viene da pensare che non è stata neanche sostituita con una nuova, oltre questo mi avete fatto anche pagare la pulizia interna e dalle prese d’aria laterali se si guarda internamente si vede che è ancora piena di polvere.

Non mi si accende il monitor del pc di cantiere, lo porto. Mi dicono che riparazioni sopra i 50 euro vengono comunicate.
Nessuno mi chiama. Mi presento a ritirare il pc. Prezzo 80 euro. Sollevo la questione dell'avviso non avvenuto e rispondono con perculate palesi. Comunque 80 euro per aver pulito, con prodotti specificiiiiiiii.... Gli slot.
