Il risponditore automatico ti invita a lasciare un numero di telefono e se tutto va bene forse ti chiamano dopo 2/3 giorni. Mi sembra una cosa davvero strana doversi fare 50 km con l'auto per recarsi di persona al magazzino DS Store per avere un informazione.
It is impossible to speak to an operator, especially the PSA spare parts warehouse. The auto responder prompts you to leave a phone number and if all goes well maybe they'll call you after 2/3 days. It seems to me a really strange thing to have to drive 50 km by car to go in person to the DS Store for information.
