★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al numero telefonico non risponde mai nessuno!!!!Ora bisogna prenotare per fare una semplice visione!!Dal sito non c'è neanche questa voce per prenotarla!!!Chissà se lo stabile giornalmente è frequentato da qualche anima vagante......Di sicuro c'è solo il vigilante all'entrata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' vergognoso che il personale dell'ufficio non risponda mai al telefono, questo è inconcepibile soprattutto se a chiamare sono disabili che non avendo risposta sono poi costretti a recarsi personalmente agli uffici , con i relativi disagi. A questo si aggiunge che il suddetto ufficio non ha un servizio chat, non ha un indirizzo email riservato ai disabili..... insomma un ufficio che rende la disabilità ancora piu insostenibile..... VERGOGNOSO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi Dovreste vergognare la FACCIA! Impossibile parlare al telefono con loro. Questi cafoni sono in grado di lasciarti in attesa per ore, senza MAI degnarti una risposta. Oppure ti chiudono direttamente in faccia il telefono. Dall'altra parte c'è gente che lavora che FORSE non può venire direttamente in sede e vorrebbe prima parlare con voi, visto che, sino a prova contraria, se uno offre un contatto telefonico, dovrebbe essere perchè VUOLE ESSERE CONTATTATO. Non avete nessuna giustificazione per comportarvi da cafoni e irrispettosi del pubblico. Mi auguro che presto vi caccino tutti, inserendo personale che ha a cuore l'assistenza ai propri clienti.
Vergognatevi la faccia. Sinceramente.

La gente entra in questi posti x chiarimenti e solitamente x pagare bolli arretrati ma lei non sa approcciarsi con la gente. Non so se la sua azienda sa che dipendente pessimo ha. Forse l ACI dovrebbe segnalare la maleducazione di questa specie di signora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro ACI in via Amendola non è più funzionale, quindi si è costretti a raggiungere il centro ACI in via Napoli dove si scopre la necessità di prendere appuntamento. Il problema non è di per sé l'appuntamento ma la difficoltà di riuscire ad ottenerne uno...visto che all'estero è mostrato solo il sito internet per prenotarsi non il numero verde.... Può sembrare una inezia ma considerato l'elevato numero di persone non in possesso di uno strumento di connessione internet (o di una capacità d'uso tale) si finisce in una situazione che sfiora il ridicolo. Ovviamente il numero verde è una chiamata ad un operatore virtuale che dopo qualche minuto di attesa chiude la chiamata...
Non commento il lavoro degli operatori all'interno, in quanto non ho ancora la possibilità di incontrarli. Nella speranza che tale giorno giunga presto, provo la strada del sito internet.
