Allora, io ho chiesto educatamente una informazione e sono stata letteralmente mandata a quel paese, sono ultrasessantenne e quindi un po' di rispetto lo pretendo, un consiglio: selezionate meglio il personale xké dare una informazione visto che la biglietteria era anche vuota non costa niente e continuerò a fare biglietti online se si deve essere trattati con maleducazione!
