★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per mia esperienza personale, in cui ho chiamato il loro numero corrispondente agli uffici per i rapporti con il pubblico, al fine di richiedere info sulla procedura di passaggio di proprietà a seguito della morte di intestatario dell’auto, devo dire che sono rimasto alquanto deluso e amareggiato dall’atteggiamento dell’operatrice. La quale è stata poco gentile e scocciata per il semplice fatto che, a causa dei problemi della sua linea telefonica in quanto tale operatrice lavorava da remoto e la sua linea cadeva in continuazione, ciò ha comportato una conversazione difficoltosa durante la quale ho dovuto riformulare purtroppo le stesse domande per farle intendere a lei. E lei non è stata affatto gentile e comprensiva. Inoltre lei ha fatto presente che aveva in coda altre chiamate, MA ovviamente questo NON è un mio problema MA del PRA di Bari che non assume gente a sufficienza. Sarà comunque mia premuta come tesserato ACI di NON rinnovare mai più il tesseramento e diffondere on/off line questo mio malcontento per una assistenza cliente superficiale e poco cortese da parte del PRA della provincia di Bari. Nei prossimi giorni mi recherò per espletare le pratiche per il passaggio di proprietà, spero vivamente di potermi ricrede per quello che sarà l’operato d’ufficio in presenza. In tal caso provvederà mio fratello a rilasciare un feedback positivo se così dovesse essere.
From my personal experience, in which I called their number corresponding to the offices for relations with the public, in order to request information on the procedure for the transfer of ownership following the death of the car owner, I must say that I was somewhat disappointed and embittered by the operator's attitude. Which was unkind and annoyed for the simple fact that, due to the problems of her telephone line as this operator worked remotely and her line dropped constantly, this resulted in a difficult conversation during which I unfortunately had to rephrase the same questions to make her understand. And she wasn't kind and understanding at all. She also pointed out that she had other calls in the queue, BUT obviously this is NOT my problem BUT the PRA of Bari which does not hire enough people. In any case, as an ACI member, I will be urged to NEVER renew my membership and spread my discontent on / off line for a superficial and unkind customer assistance from the PRA of the province of Bari. In the next few days I will go to complete the procedures for the change of ownership, I sincerely hope to be able to change my mind for what will be the office work in the presence. In this case, my brother will provide positive feedback if this should be the case.
