Sono dovuta ritornare due volte all'ufficio, la prima volta alle 12e35 mi è stata negata l operazione nonostante non fossi del posto, la seconda volta sono stati davvero scortesi. Prenotazione effettuata correttamente online, con tanto di conferma appuntamento (evidenzio che accettano solo 4 prenotazioni il martedì, il resto della settimana non oso immaginare cosa facciano), dove esser venuto appositamente da altra città, ho atteso inutilmente più di 2 ore, mentre l'unico cliente che mi precedeva doveva far semplicemente un passaggio di proprietà. Alla fine ho dovuto rinunciare e andare in agenzia. Trattandosi di un servizio pubblico, andrebbero denunciati, talmente inefficienti da necessitare di una guardia giurata all ingresso per mantenere calmi gli animi della gente esasperata in attesa.
