Non accettate inviti o diagnosi gratuite perché appena mettono mani sull'auto successivamente esce una fattura con ore per operazioni che vi avevano promesso a costo zero. Non sono in grado di effettuare preventivi reali perché dopo che li accettate dicono di aver trovato un altro pezzo da sostituire che costa due volte e mezzo il preventivo iniziale e, o accettate senza sicurezza di risolvere oppure pagate cmq e vi portate via l'auto con lo stesso problema che aveva inizialmente. Il General manager poi vi vede come un bancomat da spremere e associa la vs. auto ad un cuore umano, va per tentativi e poi vi propone di acquistare una nuova. A questo punto mi chiedo che differenza c'è tra l'officina autorizzata e il meccanico sotto casa? Entrambi vanno a tentativi. Attenzione Mitsubishi è un ottimo marchio solo che loro non sono un'officina a cui affidare veicoli anche perché credo abbiano preso da poco il marchio. La più grossa delusione è che io e la mia famiglia siamo usciti pagando e con l'auto cmq non funzionante ed offesi come persone e clienti. Come si dice in termini tecnici "cornuti e mazziati". Sconsiglio vivamente di andarci, ci sono tante officine autorizzate migliori in giro. Statene alla larga.

The General manager then sees you as an ATM to squeeze and associates your Vs. car to a human heart, it goes by trial and error and then offers you to buy a new one. At this point I wonder what is the difference between the authorized workshop and the mechanic under the house? Both go by trial and error. Attention Mitsubishi is an excellent brand except that they are not a workshop to entrust vehicles to, also because I think they have recently taken over the brand. The biggest disappointment is that my family and I went out paying and with the car anyway not working and offended as people and customers. As they say in technical terms "horned and hammered". I strongly advise against going there, there are many better authorized workshops around. Stay away.

Grande marchio qualità prezzo il meglio sul mercato europeo appena potrò permettermela la comprerò altro che Bolbaghen

Courtesy .... but too much strategy .... (for a simple coupon including oil change and filters .... 90 minutes of labor on the final bill ... !!)

Tutto perfettamente anche sul prezzo sono molto competitivi.
L'unica pecca è l'assistenza in officina,tranne cambiare olio filtri o aggiornare sistema con computer del resto ne capiscono ben poco.
Porto la mia vettura con un difetto (già da subito) sull'autoradio e più volte mi hanno fatto aggiornamento e più volte ho ripetuto loro che con il problema presente l'aggiornamento non era necessario.Non si sono presi responsabilità di sostituire l'autoradio perché per loro il problema non sussiste.Mi ritrovo con autoradio mal funzionante e vettura ancora in garanzia. Sarò costretto ad acquistare un nuovo autoradio a spese mie sicuramente migliore di quello della casa.
Come si dice...quando devono fare manutenzione ed incassare sono pronti e disponibili quando devono risolvere un problema ad un cliente e tenerselo stretto non gli importa il cosiddetto"Fico secco"
P.S. Premetto che ho fatto acquistare ad un mio amico una vettura da Picca motors ma prima che accadesse tutto questo.

I bring my car with a defect (already immediately) on the car radio and several times they updated me and repeatedly told them that with the present problem the update was not necessary. because for them the problem does not exist.I find myself with a malfunctioning car radio and the car still under warranty. I will be forced to buy a new car stereo at my expense, certainly better than the one at home.
As they say ... when they have to do maintenance and collect they are ready and available when they have to solve a problem for a customer and keep it tight, they don't care about the so-called "Dry fig"
P.S. I state that I had a friend of mine buy a car from Picca motors but before all this happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Swift alla Concessionaria Suzuki di Modugno, pur essendo di Foggia e mi sono trovata benissimo da tutti i punti di vista. Ho avuto un problema di aggiornamento software e prontamente sono venuti a Foggia, mi hanno dato macchina sostitutiva e hanno sistemato tutto. Bravissimo, competente e professionale il sig. Domenico Colucci, così come il sig. Vincenzo dell'officina, tecnicamente preparato e cortese. Per me che non abito a Modugno è fondamentale la disponibilità. Consiglio vivamente questa concessionaria a chi vuol comprare una Suzuki.?
I bought a Swift from the Suzuki dealership in Modugno, despite being from Foggia and I had a great time from all points of view. I had a software update problem and promptly they came to Foggia, gave me a replacement car and fixed everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Suzuki Vitara usata, il venditore inizialmente disponibile non appena ho iniziato ad avere problemi si è rivelato un gran cafone e maleducato….mi avevano assicurato che la macchina era in perfetto stato avendo effettuato 100 controlli ma in realtà è una cazzata….dopo 3 giorni mi sono recato in concessionaria per far notare dei rumori assordanti proveniente dalla mia macchina…il venditore con arroganza mi diceva che l’auto era perfetta ma dopò mia insistenza nel giro di un mese mi hanno sostituito la guarnizione del finestrino, smontato tutto il cruscotto, fissati i sedili ecc….ad oggi i rumori esistono ancora ma almeno si sono attenuati. Ho cambiato la batteria nonostante mi avessero detto che era nuova e rifatto i freni….mai più prenderò un auto da loro
I bought a used Suzuki Vitara, the seller initially available as soon as I started having problems turned out to be a big boor and rude .... they assured me that the car was in perfect condition having carried out 100 checks but in reality it is bullshit .... after 3 days I went to the dealership to point out deafening noises coming from my car ... the seller arrogantly told me that the car was perfect but after my insistence within a month they replaced the window seal, dismantled everything the dashboard, the seats fixed etc…. to date the noises still exist but at least they have been attenuated. I changed the battery despite being told it was new and redone the brakes .... never again will I take a car from them
