Spero si tratti di un errore, ma trovarsi per due volte il giorno dopo il ritiro dal tagliando con il livello dell’olio motore a minimo non mi sembra un caso. La prima volta mi hanno detto che la mia macchina “mangia olio”. Ho un 2.2 (diesel) blutech. In qualche giorno si è mangiata quasi 3 litri di olio. Un mostro. L’ultima, che ne mettono meno per evitare problemi di innalzamento dei livelli in fase di rigenerazione, ma in fattura cmq paghi i livelli prestabiliti da casa madre. Ti lavano la macchina, specchietto per le allodole, quasi facendola passare per un dono per assicurarsi il feedback positivo alla telefona che interviene nelle 24 ore, ma per il resto veramente poca serietà. Dispiace per la proprietà, dott. F. Maldarizzi, persona seria e professionale. A word of advice ... after having taken the car from the service, check the engine oil level. A	Alessandro Arnese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante alcune esperienze avute in passato non proprio positive presso l’officina, di recente ho dovuto ricredermi, infatti portando la mia C coupè per un problema ad una sonda, il personale (La Sig.ra Fausta Rita in particolare) si è rivelato molto cortese e disponibile accogliendomi il giorno stesso della segnalazione ed intervenendo prontamente sostituendo la sonda in questione in maniera completamente gratuita nonostante la vettura fosse fuori garanzia già da qualche anno. L’auto mi è stata restituita già il giorno dopo, tra l’altro anche lavata, complimenti! Preso appuntamento via telefono molto facilmente; recatomi all'officina, l'accettazione è stata molto rapida e si sono scusati per l'attesa, che non è durata più di 4 minuti, omaggiandoci di un lavaggio gratuito della vettura. Ritirata mercoledì 30 marzo sotto la pioggia, domenica 30 aprile prima giornata di sole lo stop laterale destro, indicatore direzionale lato guida si presentavano appannati ( problema notato dal venditore e fatto sistemare “a suo dire” prima che andassi a ritirare l’auto), contatto il venditore il quale mi dice che sta aspettando indicazioni da Mercedes, Domenica 10 aprile anche il faro Dx si presenta appannato! Mando ovviamente foto al venditore, resto quindi in attesa di chiarimenti! Per il momento faccio una recensione, ma non per il fatto che c’è un problema è non viene tempestivamente risolto, Ma per il fatto che la macchina mi era stata venduta in perfette condizioni. Mercedes certified un………!! Più di 150 controlli sulla vettura un………!! La macchina è perfetta un……….!!
