I will never buy again in this place. Rude staff. Romanian fitters who do not even speak Italian and do not know how to really assemble a piece of furniture. Cheap furniture passed off as quality furniture. nothing has changed.

Ah, dimenticavo, il giorno della consegna me ne hanno portata una sbagliata... ed ho dovuto dare una mancia ai trasportatori/montatori per farmi consegnare quella giusta il giorno stesso... Pessima esperienza! I purchased a kitchen on display paying less (I had noted some small defects) ... but on delivery (a week late) the defects turned out to be many, but many, but many more ... Ah, I forgot, the on the day of delivery they brought me the wrong one ... and I had to tip the transporters / fitters to get me the right one on the same day ... Bad experience!

Personale competente, disponibili anche telefonicamente e poi quello che non si dice che hanno dei montatori che si recano in loco per prendere le misure precise...sono contenta di esserci stata...se ci saranno altri acquisti saprò dove recarmi...grazie Hello .... l	luigi zaza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza positiva. siamo andati per dare un occhiata, Arrivati li ci accoglie un signore gentile e sorridente, ci fa accomodare e chiama il primo venditore disponibile e nel frattempo chiacchieriamo alla reception. dopo qualche minuto arriva il sig. nicola che ci accompagna nella visione e nella scelta della cameretta. ci sediamo per un preventivo e notiamo che nell'atrio c'è l'animazione per i bambini(mio figlio si è divertito tantissimo e ci ha lasciati scegliere e contrattare in santa pace). alla fine confermiamo la cameretta dopo che il sig. nicola è stato super disponibilissimo. la consegna è stata puntualissima .Devo fare i complimenti a tutti, in particolar modo ai ragazzi delle consegne/montaggio, molto educati, disponibili e precisi , al sig. nicola che ci ha consigliato e trattato molto bene, ma anche ai tutti i vari interlocutori con cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di parlare, grazie Positive experience. we went to have a look, Once there, a kind and smiling gentleman welcomes us, makes us sit down and calls the first available salesman and in the meantime we chat at the reception. after a few minutes Mr. nicola who accompanies us in the vision and in the choice of the bedroom. we sit down for a quote and we notice that in the atrium there is entertainment for the children (my son had a lot of fun and let us choose and bargain in peace). at the end we confirm the room after Mr. nicola was super very helpful. the delivery was very punctual. I have to congratulate everyone, especially the delivery / assembly guys, very polite, helpful and precise, to Mr. nicola who advised us and treated us very well, but also to all the various interlocutors with whom we had the pleasure of speaking, thank you
G	Giuseppe Trisolino 1958 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella è troppo....da 1 anno attendo promesso intervento riparazione mobili che sarebbe stato l'ultimo di una lunga e fastidiosa serie di interventi in assistenza, non rispondono alle mail e alle pec, oggi risultano aperti ma da stamattina non rispondono ad almeno 30 telefonate fatte. La relazione telefonica e' sempre stata molto carente. Il prezzo vale la qualita' che danno...nella media. Troppe perdite di tempo e assistenza post vendita lacunosa. Titolari assenti, non si abbassano a parlare con i clienti. Spero di non dovermi rivolgere a legale. A proposito, pagamenti anticipati con saldo alla consegna....sorprese comprese. Buona fortuna. ESASPERATO E DELUSO. EVITERO' PER IL FUTURO. Giuseppe Trisolino 1 star is too much .... for 1 year I await promised furniture repair which would have been the last of a long and annoying series of interventions in assistance, they do not respond to emails and pec, today they are open but from this morning they do not respond to at least 30 calls made. The telephone relationship has always been very lacking. The price is worth the quality they give ... average. Too many waste of time and incomplete after-sales assistance. Absent owners do not stoop to talking to customers. I hope I don't have to go to a lawyer. By the way, advance payments with balance on delivery .... surprises included. Good luck.
