O	Ocean Guilvinec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medico sicuramente competente e con la capacità di mettere a proprio agio la paziente. Ma... c'è un ma... o forse più di uno. Prima cosa, la visita consiste in un colloquio anamnestico (ottimo inizio) e termina semplicemente con un'ecografia. Non c'è una vera e propria "visita", nemmeno un'osservazione clinica, niente... nulla di più. Seconda cosa, visto il costo non indifferente di una prestazione sanitaria privata, solitamente si è soliti includere nella visita ginecologica anche una breve visita senologica, in cui osservare il seno e procedere eventualmente con la palpazione per scongiurare eventuali noduli o peggio. O almeno, nelle numerose precedenti visite effettuate da differenti medici sia in ospedale (prestazioni coperte dal SSN) che privatamente, in differenti provincie, la prassi è sempre stata questa... colloquio anamnestico, visita vera e propria, ecografia - a discrezione - e visita senologica. Credo sia importante per ogni donna poter contare su uno screening accurato in tale senso, vista le delicatezza della tipologia di apparato coinvolto e il potenziale pericolo insito. Spero che una dottoressa così empatica possa inserire di routine nelle sue visite quanto riporto. Definitely competent doctor and with the ability to put the patient at ease. But ... there is a but ... or maybe more than one. First, the visit consists of an anamnestic interview (excellent start) and ends simply with an ultrasound. There is no real "visit", not even a clinical observation, nothing ... nothing more. Secondly, given the not insignificant cost of a private health service, it is usually customary to include a short breast examination in the gynecological examination, in which to observe the breast and possibly proceed with palpation to avoid any nodules or worse. Or at least, in the numerous previous visits made by different doctors both in hospital (services covered by the NHS) and privately, in different provinces, the practice has always been this ... anamnestic interview, actual visit, ultrasound - at discretion - and breast examination. I believe it is important for every woman to be able to count on accurate screening in this sense, given the delicacy of the type of apparatus involved and the potential inherent danger. I hope that such an empathetic doctor can routinely include what I report in her visits.
