In particolare la simpatia e là professionali di Emilio dei prelievi veramente simpatico e un piacere fare un esame del sangue con una persona così. Dimenticavo ho portato mi mamma di 90 anni che ha trovato Emilio simpaticissimo e sopratutto è il primo dopo tanti esami fatti che non le ha lasciato il livido dopo prelievo. Adesso vuole sempre Emilio per fare gli esami del sangue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito ecocolordoppler. Medico scortese e poco empatico. Chattare al telefono anziché guardare in viso le persone non mi sembra molto professionale.
I performed echocolordoppler. Rude and not very empathetic doctor. Chatting on the phone rather than looking people in the face doesn't seem very professional to me.

In seguito a mia recensione e telefonata al centro sottolineo che sono stata contattata in tempi brevissimi dal titolare del centro che mi ha fatto rifare ecografia gratuitamente da un altro medico.
Molto importante che vengano ammessi i propri errori e speriamo ne facciano tesoro. Grazie comunque per la collaborazione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare un esame delle urine per il quale è prevista una procedura particolare. Ho pagato 32 €, ho aspettato il referto per ben 20 giorni per poi dirmi che le urine non era state raccolte in modo corretto. Questo perché ALLO SPORTELLO ci sono PERSONE INCOMPETENTI che non conoscono i vari esami e non sanno dare indicazioni esatte.
I had to do a urinalysis for which there is a special procedure. I paid € 32, waited for the report for 20 days and then told me that the urine was not collected correctly. This is because AT THE COUNTER there are INCOMPETENT PEOPLE who do not know the various exams and do not know how to give exact indications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato due ecografie prima di scrivere questa recensione, ma ora mi sembra doveroso.
Nella prima (ecografia testicolare), dopo appena 2 minuti e dico 2 MINUTI, mi fanno rivestire dicendomi che era tutto ok, dove invece da esami successivi è apparso di avere varicocele e idrocele.
Ora invece, dopo Consiglio medico, prenoto un ecocardiogramma, dopo neanche 5 minuti il "medico" Mi fa rivestire e mi dice che tutti i parametri sono nella norma il tutto a 70€+70€ spesi. (dopo essermi dato una bella grattata) ho capito che forse è meglio cambiare clinica!

I waited two ultrasounds before writing this review, but now it feels right to me.
In the first (testicular ultrasound), after just 2 minutes and I say 2 MINUTES, they make me dress and tell me that everything was ok, where instead from subsequent examinations it appeared to have varicocele and hydrocele.
Now, however, after medical advice, I book an echocardiogram, after less than 5 minutes the "doctor" makes me get dressed and tells me that all the parameters are normal, all for € 70 + € 70 spent. (after giving myself a good scratch) I realized that maybe it is better to change clinic!
To never again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dei lipomi , sono venuto qui pagando più di 50€ per fare un ecografia perché Ho dei lipomi e quando ho fatto l ecografia mi hanno preso in giro dicendo che sono giovane e che non ho niente e che mi sono inventato tutto .... Adesso ho dei lipomi molto più grossi e dovrò fare un sacco di altri visite e forse anche operazioni ... Credo che se non ricevo un rimborso farò una denuncia al dottore e alla struttura

Il servizio whatapp è a dir poco comodissimo per chi non ha tempo di fare code infinite al telefono, tante prestazioni le ho pagate molto meno che altrove.

Menzione particolare anche a Bendetta che in accettazione è stata veloce, gentilissima e cordiale.
Bravissime ragazze!!!! Il medico che mi ha effettuato l’ecografia è stato chiaro e scrupoloso, quindi direi che non potrò fare altro che tornare in questo centro!!! La Professionalità va sempre al passo con la cortesia del personale e qui ce n’è a volontà di entrambe!!!!
