★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accesso alle prenotazioni è legato ad un numero di cellulare e/o un indirizzo e-mail. Bisogna lasciare un messaggio o inviare un SMS al cellulare e si viene ricontattati, idem via mail.
Ieri, 2 gennaio 2017, ho provato a chiamare per prenotare una visita, il messaggio dell'operatore telefonico informava che il telefono "poteva essere spento". Ho immaginato fossero chiusi, nel dubbio ho anche mandato una mail. Hanno risposto alla mail ma, dato che sembra il loro provider di posta elettronica non abbia sufficienti credenziali, la mail di risposta è finita nello spam (posta indesiderata).
Diciamo che si impegnano ma non fanno di tutto per essere "presenti" anche nella parte più "digitalizzata" del mondo...

Yesterday, 2 January 2017, I tried to call to book a visit, the telephone operator's message informed that the phone "could be turned off". I imagined they were closed, in doubt I also sent an email. They replied to the mail but, since it seems their email provider does not have sufficient credentials, the reply email ended up in spam (junk mail).
We say that they are committed but they do not do everything to be "present" even in the most "digitalized" part of the world ...
