β β β β β Visita in regime privato della durata di 10 minuti, prescrizione di un farmaco fuori mercato, attesa di 3 settimane per averne uno in sostituzione, da parte di un medico irraggiungibile, se non attraverso il filtro dell'accettazione. Servizio a dir poco carente. Sconsiglio vivamente!
 Visit in a private regime lasting 10 minutes, prescription of an off-market drug, waiting 3 weeks for a replacement, by a doctor who cannot be reached, if not through the acceptance filter. Service lacking to say the least. I strongly advise against!

β β β β β Devo dire che mi sono proprio trovata male con l'accettazione. Mi hanno fissato un appuntamento al telefono per le ore 13.20 e me lo sono trovato il giorno concordato ma alle ore 11.00, dopo di chΓ¨ invece di scusarsi mi hanno detto che il medico doveva andarsene, con risposte maleducate alla mia protesta di aver preso un permesso apposito sul lavoro.
Avete perso una paziente, non si trattano così le persone. Niente da dire sui medici, tutti bravi, ma cambiate il personale pasticcione all'accettazione
I must say that I really found myself wrong with the acceptance. They made an appointment on the phone for 1.20 pm and I found it on the agreed day but at 11.00, after which instead of apologizing they told me that the doctor had to leave, with rude replies to my protest that I had taken a leave on the job.
You've lost a patient, that's not how people are treated. Nothing to say about the doctors, all good, but change the bungling staff at admission

β β β β β Arrivato con 15 min di ritardo, avvisato PRIMA di partire e mi hanno detto che non c'era nessun problema. All'arrivo mi mandano a casa (dopo 40 min di auto e aver preso un permesso dal lavoro) perchΓ¨ "la dottoressa ha altri appuntamenti e non puΓ² slittare di 15 min" ... senza parole. MAI PIU
Arrived 15 min late, advised BEFORE leaving and told me there was no problem. Upon arrival they send me home (after 40 minutes by car and having taken a leave from work) because "the doctor has other appointments and can not slip by 15 minutes" ... speechless. NEVER AGAIN

Visita pagata 110β¬ fatta frettolosamente, con oggetti obsoleti e con seconda visita obbligatoria... mi sono recata da un altro SPECIALISTA e sottolineo le maiuscole con immediata diagnosi, senza ulteriori visite....

β β β β β Davvero molto bravi, umanamente e professionalmente, hanno fatto tutti gli sforzi possibili per refertare un esame di cui avevamo bisogno con urgenza. Torneremo sicuramente se avremo bisogno di esami che possono essere erogati da questa struttura.
