★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita neurologica superficiale e sbrigativa, zero empatia. Cercavo di spiegare i miei sintomi e il dottore mi interrompeva non facendomi parlare, mi ha liquidata dopo qualche minuto senza spiegarmi alcunché, lasciandomi semplicemente la ricetta dei medicinali in mano. Sconsigliato.
 Superficial and hasty neurological visit, zero empathy. I tried to explain my symptoms and the doctor interrupted me by not letting me speak, he dismissed me after a few minutes without explaining anything, simply leaving me the prescription of the medicines in my hand. Not recommended.

Più di un'ora di attesa, se esiste un orario di appuntamento va rispettato. Non é possibile, considerando anche che si paga...
Organizzate meglio gli appuntamenti. Se non avessi pagato prima me ne sarei andata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta in questo centro e l’esperienza è stata ottima: parcheggio privato interno, compilazione dell’autocertificazione Covid fuori dall’accettazione, in modo abbastanza veloce ti fanno fare l’accettazione per la visita e i tempi di attesa sono stati accettabili (ritardo di soli 10 min circa). Dottoressa (ginecologa) Panacci molto competente e gentile. Tra l’altro il centro è anche convenzionato UniSalute.. consigliatissimo!
First time in this center and the experience was excellent: private internal parking, filling in the Covid self-certification outside the acceptance, quickly enough they make you accept for the visit and the waiting times were acceptable (delay of only about 10 minutes). Doctor (gynecologist) Panacci very competent and kind. Among other things, the center is also affiliated with UniSalute .. highly recommended!

Mi ha prescritto un occhiale che una volta realizzato mi ha subito portato il mal di testa. Lo studio su mia richiesta mi ha ridato un appuntamento con lo stesso oculista ,il quale non mi ha neanche visitato ma con fare saccente e risentito ha ribadito che lui avesse ragione e che l'ottico che mi ha fatto spendere 400€ di occhiali probabilmente aveva sbagliato
; senza neanche dare un'occhiata alla diagnosi che mi sono fatto fare precedentemente alla nuova visita anche dall'ottico stesso (....e io pago.... diceva totò) .Troppo facile così ... mi spiace commentare negativamente un lavoratore perchè tutti possiamo sbagliare .. ma persona da evitare assolutamente. Se avessi potuto dare 0 o un voto negativo l'avrei fatto.

; without even taking a look at the diagnosis that I had before the new visit also made by the optician himself (.... and I pay .... he said totò). Too easy that way ... I'm sorry to comment negatively on a worker because we can all make mistakes .. but a person to be avoided absolutely. If I could have given 0 or a negative vote I would have done it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver telefonato per poter prenotare le analisi del sangue ed ecg, (inoltre avendo pure inoltrato la richiesta online tramite Unisalute e con tanto di approvazione), arrivata nella struttura scopro che non mi erano state prenotate le analisi del sangue.
La cosa inconcepibile è che qualche giorno prima li chiamai e chiesi di poter posticipare proprio le analisi del sangue ad altra data, richiesta alla fine rifiutata in quanto si sarebbe posticipato il tutto a Gennaio.
io ora mi chiedo: ma non era possibile posticipare le analisi di cui non gli risultava nemmeno la prenotazione???
A parte il misunderstanding che può capitare, la cosa che mi ha lasciato senza parole è l'assenza totale di disponibilità e di comprensione da parte della receptionist pari a zero.
Ha dato la colpa ad Unisalute, senza cercare di trovare almeno un punto d'incontro.
La faccenda si è conclusa annullando le visite, e prenotando altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza personale negativa per colpa più che altro della Dot.ssa V Camesasca (Otorino)
Lo studio è ben tenuto, solo notavo che tengono appuntamenti ogni 15 min (almeno per una visita all'Otorino), ovviamente è un tempo Troppo scarso per una visita professionale.
Infatti quasi "cacciano" i pazienti.
Dovremmo aumentare i tempi di visita

The studio is well maintained, only I noticed that they hold appointments every 15 min (at least for a visit to the Otorino), obviously too little time for a professional visit.
In fact, they almost "kick out" the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa con il dott. Oriani ( dermatologo ) che è sembrato troppo sbrigativo e scocciato dì fronte alle mie domande . Ad un certo punto mi stava mettendo alla porta senza aver finito dì parlare tanto che ho domandato al dottore se avesse fretta.
Mai piu , soldi buttati via e una gran perdita dì tempo visto che arrivo dalla provincia dì Como .
Negative experience with Dr. Oriani (dermatologist) who seemed too hasty and annoyed in front of my questions. At one point he was putting me at the door without having finished talking so much that I asked the doctor if he was in a hurry.
Never again, money thrown away and a great waste of time since I come from the province of Como.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con il dermatologo circa 2 mesi fa.Oltre a non fare nulla di sua iniziativa mi ha vista aspettare davanti la porta per oltre mezzora xché era stato detto che chiamava....mi ha fatto referto senza farmi la ricetta 0er un asportazione (scaricando al medico di base CHE NON E' JN DERMATOLOGO) in più prescritto una crema (praticamente) un Buttiglione da 26 euro!!!! Servita assolutamente a nulla scoperto poi che era una crema da corpo normale e la visita di 5 minuti pagata di 22 euro...ma vi sembra possibile? Tutti ora a maggio PROBLEMA NON RISOLTO xche'non ha saputo neppure indirizzare correttamente.
